Just returned to the UK from sheer heavenly tranquility at the Atrium Palace a true Greek escape from the last 12 months of stress & covid19 worry at this amazing hotel!! From the time we arrived on the day of its opening we were greeted with glasses of Moet champagne having had the smoothest, calmest, hassle free, COVID safe & speedy check in at the Rhodes airport ever!! We were welcomed by the fantastic staff at reception who explained everything clearly (& safely in their masks) making us feel so welcome (& were even given a room upgraded!!) & shown to our fab room with the staff taking our bags. Exploring we found the gorgeous gardens, infinity pool, or to be exact... multiple beautiful pools, including a glorious swim up bar, where we were greeted yet again with an enthusiastic welcome from the fantastic bar staff (extra special shout out to the fab duo at the Pool bar - Kryiakus & Stratos whose hysterical wit & humour alongside simply excellent customer service - delivered their AWESOME cocktails & made us feel like part of their Atrium family by the end of our holiday!!) Using the hotels special phone App Service was brilliant to place orders for food & drinks that were brought to you on your comfy sunbed wherever you were around the pool or bars, as well as being able to book the gym, & 4 a la carte restaurants to a time of your convenience. Another big shout out to the Main Bar staff especially Antonis!! Another fab guy & super talented at making cocktails!! This hotel chooses its staff really well & they are all like a big happy family! They genuinely care! Nothings too much trouble for their guests, everyone wants to give you the best holiday possible & that really shines through! Let me just add that we were all inclusive, ( which was soooo worth every pennyfor everythingyou get thrown in!!) & having been all inclusive at several other hotels around the world & Greece previously we had come to expect most drinks on the All Inclusive menu would be locally produced (which is always lovely) but with an extra charge for any international branded drinks you may want. However NOT at the Atrium Palace!! ALL drinks are included!! Even 15 year old whiskies, rums, brandies, gins & Drambuie were all included with no extra charge!! The main bar area was well thought out with basket chairs in amongst the tropical with views of the mountains & pool, giving quiet areas, as well as slightly busier areas, where you could sit to watch the fantastic evening entertainment outside safely, which became allowed in Greece a few days prior to us leaving. There was also an indoor area of the bar with really comfy seats, all set up covid safe with the distances maintained, having TVs for those wanting them (showing the football & sports for guests). All staff throughout the hotel wore face masks the whole time, both day & night, indoors & outdoors along with plastic safety gloves that were changed regularly (amazing given how hot it was) & staff were vaccinated ensuring safety for everyone at all times. Personally we couldn't have felt safer!!! The food & staff were all amazing in all the restaurants!! Shout out to the Maitre'd Dimitris & Savvas (restaurants Manager) who used to visit all the restaurants to check guests & staff were happy, & to the truly lovely Pari!! Her sunny personality shone through making us feel like we were long lost family which continued throughout the whole 2 weeks!! Nothing was too much trouble!! The main restaurant buffet was set up really safely with loads of choice & required all holiday makers to wear their masks & put on the clear plastic gloves they provided when around buffet to handle serving spoons & plates each time, keeping everything safe. There was also a daily menu so that you could have food prepared fresh & brought to you via waiting staff (either as well as, or instead of, the buffet). The a la carte restaurants were also wonderful! All staff again were very friendly, welcoming & happy to give advice (especially when we couldn't decide as there were so many yummy options!!) Special thanks to Alexandri (sorry if the spellings wrong) & his beautiful assistant!! Being all inclusive meant we could go to all 4 a la carte restaurants each 7 days with no charge, but as the main restaurant food was so lovely we didn't make full use of this sadly so can't comment on the Italian restaurant food, but the other 3 were fabulous!! We also went to the lobster night (7 courses) which was amazing, view was lovely over the beach & Mountains & a live singer playing guitar adding to the romantic setting as we watched the sunset. (There was a discounted price charge for this but was worth every penny!) It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary whilst we were there & the Hotel Manager Apostolos personally suprised us with a few of the staff we had become most friendly with, bringing a bottle of champagne & strawberries with cream down to us as we sat around the pool!! Personal touches like this show how the staff all go the extra mile for those staying. We saw several other people celebrating birthdays where staff brought Birthday cakes out & all stopped to sing Happy Birthday. The Hotel Manager took a personal interest in chatting to guests, & his staff alike to make sure everyone was happy. He even came down again the evening of our anniversary to see us on our last meal at one of the a la carte restaurants to check we had had a good day! We can't begin to thank ALL STAFF at the Atrium Palace enough (so sorry we can't name all of them as this would be an EVEN LONGER review!!) for a really fantastic 2 weeks of blissful escape from all the worries that the last 15 months have brought us all & we would highly recommend staying at the Atrium!! Thank you all so much & we just can't wait to see you again!! Missing you ALL already!!

The Hotel is just amazing! All staff members were super friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and everything was extremely clean. The beach is right on the doorstep with crystal clear water and a friendly employee who will always give you a towel and a big smile. 5/5 no questions asked! Will be back for sure.

We were so lucky to be one of the first guests in the hotel for the coming season and after the covid. Therefore, we found ourselves in a wonderful vacation- although too short. We become special guests of the hotel manager Mr. Apostolos Eleftheropoulos and Mr. Savvas Pappantoniou- always with a smile and someone to talk with.. Both of them work hard but you can see them among the guests and not in their offices. They know every one of the guests by his name. All the staff is great - so friendly and welcoming - they were so happy to help- Amalia, Dimitris Tsigilis and others. The hotel itself is good. In Front of the beach but not on the beach. Not new but not too old. very clean. The rooms were big. There are some pools in the hotel but we went to the beach. In May and June it can be a little bit windy. so it’s better to rent a car (you can do it in the hotel) and go to one of the bays in Lindos (it is very close- 10 min) or to go to the north to Anthony Quinn bay. Every day there is a special menu. We prefer, as always, the local one. The Spa is excellent, Matina the spa manager and therapist is just amazing! She is professional and attentive. We took 3 treatments and it was wonderful. you should go there.

Everything was nice! The rooms were big enough, quiet and clean. It is just next to the (stone-) beach and there were clean beach chairs available, where we spend most days. I really liked some not really necessary, but nice conveniences like for example small snacks (water melons) at the beach for free. The buffet was well organized even in corona times and there was nothing missing. Every day there is a special menu. There are a few hotel restaurants available for those who don't want to stay at the main buffet restaurant. All the staff was respecting social distancing and corona rules. The hotel area is nice, there are so many pools! The atrium in the middle of the building with many plants invites animals like birds and cats. The main street is within walking distance, so it is not loud, but there is a small supermarket next to the hotel. The manager Apostolos was really taking care of us and his team made our stay great!
