The hotel fulfilled the wish of staying at a castle hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and have a castle feeling. We arrived just before dinner and the girl at the reception that greeted us was friendly. When we got down from the room to eat in the restaurant the was only the waiter left among the staff. I've rarely met so indifferent a person. The restaurant room was in the boring section of the hotel (gave no impression of being in a castle and the room was a bit dirty). If you want to eat in the beautiful restaurant you need to visit them friday or saturday (disappointing).
The price on meals were low (compared to the room prices), but unfortunately the food quality was even lower. This combined with the indifferent waiter we got a really lousy impression of what would otherwise seem like a nice hotel (with free wifi).
As a side note, there's absolutely NOTHING for kids here. They have smoking room, which could have been turned into a nice medieval playing room... More
