3 nights in a beautiful, dark, quiet, large room. There are screens on the windows!!! Ana was friendly, helpful and made the best omelettes. Besides breakfast, we enjoyed dinner one night. My husband enjoyed his red tuna but I was lucky to have rabbit cooked in red wine vinegar. Ana also served us a plate of fresh tomatoes, lightly dressed... More

This hotel was the first stop for us on a two week motorcycle tour. The hotel was easy to find and is on a small urbanization just outside of the main town. We were buzzed in via intercom and welcomed by Jose, the hotel's proprietor. He welcomed us and showed us to our room and then took us on a... More

The Barosse was a vacation from our vacation - we splurged on the Ermita guest house, and it was worth it. Every little detail was thought of and taken care of completely. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower/bathroom area was luxurious. We didn't use the common areas much, but they too were wonderfully done. The town itself was... More

We stayed here for four nights. The other reviews sum it up, it is lovely. It is very peaceful and the rooms are good and so clean. The bathroom was spacious and the shower excellent. There is coffee and tea available all day. We enjoyed the excellent breakfasts and had dinner there one night which was also very good. As... More

We stayed with Jossé and Gustavo for one night, last year, during a road trip across the Pyrenees, and loved their amazing hotel and hospitality so much, we returned this year for four nights! The Hotel Barosse is situated in a tiny hamlet about 4km outside Jaca. As soon as you enter the garden, through a wrought iron gate and... More

Look no further …this is the place! We had a lovely time in Barrossa. The place is beautiful and the attention to details is exceptional. After long walks in the mountains, it is great to return to this lovely place.

We decided to go for peace and quiet instead of staying in the town of Jaca and had one night at this hotel. It is very stylishly done and all with top quality materials. We had a lovely room on two floors with stunning views out to the Pyrenees beyond. Josse the owner was away and his friend Ana was... More

This small charming hotel is in the Baros suburb outside of Jaca. The host is a lovely gentleman who clearly enjoys his role - welcoming and articulate. He provided advice on where to visit during our short 2 night stay, which we followed to the letter. Particular places we enjoyed were San Juan de La Pena, the Valle de Hecho... More

Just five minutes from Jaca in an easy to access suburb. Jose is the ultimate innkeeper paying attention to every detail to make your stay perfect. This includes a wonderful, comfortable room (stay in the cottage it is awesome), travel planning, best breakfast with the freshest items, including fresh backed croissants baked on the premises, and a wood burning fireplace... First each of the 9 (I think) rooms is different. Ours was beautiful, uniquely appointed with a red theme that really worked. The breakfast was cooked by the proprietor and was also excellent. It is a little out of the way so you need a car to get to and fro, but well worth the effort. The private spa was... More
