Made for Spain recommended this hotel for some strange reason. We had a suite where the air conditioning did not function. You had a choice of either closing the windows and stifling with no air or opening the window and freezing. Our requests to reception to rectify the problem…
Beautiful castle a combination of Comfort, traditions and good service. This parador is no frills but good old Fashion comfort. There is a seasonal swimming pool. Restaurant is just average. The main attraction and a must is The Roman and Amphitheater, check Hours, it was…
We really did like this Parador hotel. Not the easiest to find with the Sat Nav so watch out for the Parador Car Park sign which will take you right into the Parador.Superb underground garage or choose the outside parking instead. Both are safe and your vehicle will be locked in…
A great experience ,as in every parador. We had a very nice, big room. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was a lot of place to relax. Very good breakfast. Convinient parking. Very good location in the center of Merida.
A very pleasant package. The Parador had tried very hard to make this special. They provided a 4 hour walking tour of the city and music both nights in the restaurant. The New Year's Eve dinner was very well organised.
"Our room (110) was a little walk from reception but very good."
"Park in the Municipal parking lot next to the Police station to save on parking fees"
"It is a bit of a rabbit warren but we overlooked the car park."
"Ask for a quieter room, will be given one that is so far from reception that it will take you ten minutes to walk there!"
"A room on the upper floor is best"
