Monika, owner and host, sees to it that every guest is comfortable and well informed. She is helpful with all details--sights, restaurants, points of interest both in Jerez and in the surrounding region. It helps that she speaks English fluently but more importantly she wants to make every guest's stay enjoyable. We had a second floor room overlooking the plaza...

What a nice place to stay. Beside the perfect location and the wonderfull atmosphere is the staff the most important reason that our visit to Jerez was one to remember. Booked our visit to the sherry bodega, handed us maps and gave tips for restaurants. They even helped me to dress up for the Feria de Caballo. Thanks to them,...

We stayed at this City Centre hotel for 5 nights. We took the wonderful advice and recommendation of the hotel's owner Monica and discovered the real Jerez and surrounding area. She pointed us to the best tapas bars, restaurants and the wonderful bodegas tradition. The hotel is very good value for money, the rooms are top class and a wonderful...

Wonderful charming and unique hotel. Building is full of character -very andalusian. Huge room, simple and stylish decor. Fantastic roof terrace. Intimate Library with many books in many languages, music and comfortable sofas. Staff and service exceptional. Worth going to Jerez just to experience this hotel. A joy!

This is an exceptional place run by the exceptional person Monika S. It is outstanding in all counts and an oasis of humanity in a world when you could get Ryanair customer services. I can't praise enough.

We were traveling through Andalucia this winter and decided to pause in Jerez for three nights. We weren't really interested in sherry tasting, nor the famed horses here, but we did think it might be a worthwhile city to see nonetheless. We were not disappointed. It was truly one of our favorites in southern Spain. The hotel, at first, was...

Lovely, well-remodeled old Andalucian house with an inside patio and a wonderful terrace. The rooms were spacious and nice. Not sure it deserves 3 stars but then again, I don't quite get how the star system works. At 10 euros I thought the breakfast sounded very expensive, specially when you could get a breakfast next door for 2 euros, though...

Lovely little hotel close to the center, very clean and tidy. Where it really scores is the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for a weekend during the flamenco festival and took their advice on where to go for food and music. Their suggestions helped to make it a very happy weekend.
