Lovely old hotel 17 century in the heart of Jerez opposite the cathedral and within easy walking distance of all the city has to offer. Rooms were small but adequate, friendly staff, had to pay extra to park our hire car but it was directly outside the hotel.

Not a 4-star hotel, not even close. Never been to a hotel where you here every word from the reception in your room, even though located at 2nd floor. Also noise from every flushing and water in pipes. Only positive was friendly staff

The staff was excellent, their little bar superb and the hotel is very central. However this hotel does not deserve a 4 star. The old manor could be a delightful place as it has lots of characters but it seems it has never been refurbished/ Room. 315 was very small, small double bed and 30 cms from the edge of...

Next door to a police station, parking out the front and across from the Catherdal with a fantastic bar manager with no english but with a great personality. Really great night in the bar, central to numerous restaunts at great price.

The reason I give this a disappointing review is because of the over pricing in this small bar attached to the side of the Hotel. Situated next to the Police station it is frequented by retired Policemen and a few locals. The prices are expensive and the wine not very good. We went here to view the Cathedral from the...

Just spent a night here. It's a simple hotel with a good location opposite the cathedral. Don't expect 4 star facilities - it's really a 2 star, but you're paying a 2 star price anyway. The condition is not the best, with broken bathroom tiles and a hard old bed but it's certainly manageable for a short stay. WiFi addicts...

We were very disappointed with this hotel. Our son had been here a few years ago and they loved it. Now the paint is peeling, the roof bar and hot tub was dirty and very dusty with no cushions on the chairs. The built up dirt left marks on my pants when I wanted to sit. This time the sewage...

I'll start with the good points, great central location opposite the cathedral, very efficient aircon, nice view to the front over the cathedral and the square. Fantastic little bar (not owned by the hotel) with a lovely barman, and very chatty police from the station next door, Nespresso machine and fridge in the room. Now the bad: Dirty room, even...

We spent 2 days in this hotel, there is really only 1 thing that is worthwhile in this hotel and that is the location. Starting from the attitude of reception, especially the girl who dragged her feet around the place, to the total lack of cleanliness, this place should be closed down. We were 2 couples, both rooms were dirty...
