Hotel is nice. Rooms are clean. However service is not a 5 star, you have to ask for everything slippers, tissues, shaving kit. Bedsheets and towels are clean. Breakfast is so good with a wild variety. Outdoor area is very nice with amazing golf view. However; The hotel needs some maintenance in the room. There is no insulation in the rooms, you can hear all the noises.

From the moment we arrived (early), we were treated like appreciated Guests. The Duty Manager accompanied us to our car, and arranged for our luggage to be transported to our Rooms, and our Golf Bags to a locker at the Pro Shop. He then escorted us to a lovely room, and said he would sort out the locker key. He was back inside 5 minutes, by which time one of us had decided they would like a larger patio!! "No problem, see if you prefer another I can make available. Let's go and see it, should we?" This one had a patio more akin to a solarium, so preference sorted. The rest of our ten day stay was the same; nothing too much trouble, every member of Staff always accommodating. The food was extremely good (we sometimes ate from the a la carte, other times the Buffet) - no complaints. The Golf Course was in great knick, very challenging but always fair. Reviews are by nature subjective, but I can honestly say that this was one of my favourite resorts ever.

Visited for 5 nights as a group of 8 golfers after positive reviews heard from other golfers at our club. I’ll start with the positives, rooms were clean, the property/pool areas are ok, good air conditioning and the food was tasty if a little repetitive/bland. However, after a false start with our rooms initially unavailable (upgrade for the first night) but then the inconvenience and disappointment of moving to a lesser room with no balcony (these seemed to be in short supply) and after a lot of waiting and poor communication in doing so. While the pool areas were clean, they didn’t open until 11am (that’s never been a thing!), the adults only pool was infested with flies, had no bar service (odd) and they wouldn’t allow us to inflate the pink flamingo we brought for our handicapped friend Mickey (they just said, “No”). There was a bar area close to the family pool but this didn’t open until after 12pm and you then had to endure aqua aerobics europop music for 1 hour (although our friend Neil did appreciate this). With the exception of 1 or 2 waiting staff, we were treated like second class citizens, waiting constantly for service and frequently treated, it seemed, with annoyance, by the barman. Not sure if this was due to us being British or our all inclusive status? As for he golf course, the staff were very friendly and the course is a nice layout, with the back 9 being a joy to play (buggy only as very steep hills, raised tees and excessive journeys between tees), however, it seems to be in a state of decline. Buggy paths are full of weeds in place, cobbles are raised in places, the pins were only moved once in 5 days of golf, the greens were extremely soft, almost like they were covered in a layer of mousse! The holes themselves have a hard rim which makes them “cupped”, making putts tricky to judge and, while we saw few other golfers during our stay, the lack of raking, pitch mark repair and selection of Spalding/Pinnacle balls we found, suggests it’s mainly used by the more casual golfer. This was reenforced by seeing some of these other “golfers” racing buggies recklessly. It wouldn’t take much to pick up the standards but until they do, I won’t be returning.

We just spent a night there. The room was clean and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was a bit weak and took long to get the room cooler. The furnishings was modern rustic Spanish. The staff was really friendly and attentive.

Entrance and first impressions are not good with the principal views of yet another abandoned construction project. Superficially some elements of this complex look like they could belong to a higher rated conference facility (golf too). However, on closer inspection most of the interiors are either tired or new cheaper alternatives. Predominantly a Spanish speaking facility with little or no English spoken beyond the reception desk. The facility at the time of visiting was/is affected by large amount of flies and evidenced a cockroach in the restaurant area. The food buffet was of a good and diverse selection with a wide diversity of activities for those with the time to pursue them.
