This "5 star" hotel looks like it has seen better days many, many years ago and is now in desperate need of renovation. Though the room size was good, both the bed and television were tiny and old, and the plastic furniture on the balcony looked worn. Main complaints however were the hundreds of little ants crawling all over the...

My husband and I stayed at the Jerez Hotel and Spa for one night in April. The room was comfortable and clean, though I wouldn't say luxurious. The entire hotel had an spacious, airy feel. We spent some time at the indoor pool, where many guests arrived in their hotel robes and slippers and hotel-provided swim caps. It was a...

We were there for a wedding, only to discover that this was de rigeur for this place. Still, they do a good job on the function side of things. The pool, is really good. The vibe of the place is marvellous, given we were there in mid-summer, with its unforgiving heat. Room were NOT 5*, but I guess that's not...

Stayed there for a long weekend in the off-season, everything is really nice and shiny, room had a balcony with view on the pool. Beds were good, room and bathroom was very spacious, telly worked and had all the touristy German channels, everything was very clean. Pool was always quiet and its a nice size, they have a gym that...

I booked this directly on the hotel's own website and got a rather good deal for August. Since a lot of people holiday at the coast in August, the hotel seemed quiet and peaceful, with only 10-15 people around a big pool and a couple of people swimming. The town is about a 20 minute walk - but as the...

A pleasant 4/5 star hotel on the outskirts of town. A wonderful relaxing pool area and attentive service in a quiet corner of Jerez. Its not as flash as some of the other hotels but has a quality feel to it and seems to be frequented by many of the 'well heeled' locals! (always a good sign). It is however...

Got a good deal on a Junior suite for 3 nights direct from the hotel for our family of four, 2 adults 2 girls, 13 and 10. Rooms (2 bedrooms, lounge and bathroom) were very good with exceptionally large balcony outside. Virtually everything was what you would expect from a 5* hotel though the girls did bemoan the lack of...

Room Decent size room, needed some renovation. Bathroom very nice with double sinks and nice bath/shower. Large balcony overlooking gardens. Bar/Restaurant Breakfast was veyr good, with plenty of choice. In the evening the restaurant and bar were empty as out of season and with no background music made for quite a souless feel! Jerez is quite short on restaurants so...

Very comfortable and elegant hotel. It's a bit out of the center of town, but you can take a 5-minute cab ride in to town for about 5 euros. The pool is also excellent, very big and clean.
