Money has been spent on redecoration and an upgraded wifi signal which is free to all using the hostal. Rooms are basic but beds are comfortable and rooms and bathrooms clean. You may want to choose an upper floor that opens onto the street as noise can intrude from the pretty central court yard. 24 hour reception but the main...

By far the cheapest place I found and was pleasantly suprised when I arrived. Beautiful house with a huge rooftop area. I had a small single room with shared bathroom, basic but comfortable and clean. Great location to discover Jerez, and very friendly owners. You can have breakfast for EUR 2,50.

Great authentic place to start the Andalucian experience from & sleep a quiet cool siesta in between browsing local boutiques and visiting the countless bodegas ( and/or historic sites) after a warm welcome by the staff

stayed for the MotoGP and if you want a bed in a clean room in a great spot then this is ideal. traditional building is attractive as you enter; the rooms are no frills, not the most attractive decor and make sure you ask for ensuite as not all rooms are. has wifi, near cafes for breakfast and good value...

We stayed here one night. The room was clean and comfortable with ensuite bathroom. The price for two of us to share a bed was cheaper than any other hostel we found. The location is fine. Friendly staff that helped us book Hammam baths and helped us print travel documents. Quiet. Good value.

We visited Jerez de la Frontera for three days in May. The hotel is a very well run family business, situated in the historic area. The owners are hospitable, friendly, and helpful. They helped us contacting the bank to close the account when the ATM bank swallowed our card. Our room with shower was basic, but clean and comfortable. We...

We paid for the whole stay on the 1st night, as we arrived. On the next day, as we came to the hostel in the afternoon, the service closed the door of the hostal behind us and informed us we were not allowed to leave unless we paid more for the room!! They claimed we were charged the wrong amount...

I loved this old Andalusian style house with the open centre and the rooms around it, the tiles and plants. I had a single room, which was small and very hot when I was there in August. There was a fan but it didn't really do much. I had a sink in the room. The bathroom was ok but from...

I stayed at las palomas only for two nights as a stopover from the airport to my next destination cadíz. Before i arrived at las palomas i was wondering if it is a waste of time to stay in jerez (as there are no beaches) but jerez and especially las palomas was the perfect start for my trip! The hostal...

Hostal is a classic Spanish house, with courtyard in the middle and rooms all around it. Room was simple but clean. Like real Spanish houses, open to outside air and sounds. When I was there someone was shouting in the street for his friend "Jose" -- part of the Spanish experience. No breakfast or meals, but many restaurants nearby. Jerez...
