We have just enjoyed this refined, tastefully renovated, historic and friendly hotel for 2 nights travelling with Amber Road Tours. Perfect location with easy walking to every part of the town, great staff and although we only had breakfast in the stylish outside terrace, it,was all we could need - nice to savour our first figs for 2016. Room was quiet and spacious,beds... More

Superb location, confortable rooms, friendly staff. The restaurant is very good, although the wine list is short, for a country like Spain and for a parador. There are som difficulties in parking near the parador, because the available places are limited. But the is a parking in the vicinity, with a hotel shuttle. It was quite worth the stay.

beautiful historical building . Excellent staff. very helpful. the location is very centric; walking distance from all the attractions. Breakfast is fantastic. Parking might be a bit problem if you don't get a space, you might need to park a bit far, but overall its a place you would love to stay.

Pros: The rooms are very stylishly decorated and the bathrooms are stunning! The breakfast buffet and dining on the terrace - absolutely wonderful. I can't comment on dinner as we dined elsewhere (just a 2-min walk to La Cacharreria, be sure to go for lunch or dinner). Cons: For us, it was difficult to reach; our GPS took us to... More

This parador has recently been refurbished ( well since our last visits about 8 years ago) and is stylish and modern inside. The room, restaurant and bar I cannot fault. Car parking is in an underground car park that you are escorted to. A bit tight for a large car or SUV. The town is amazing

Very friendly and helpful staff, peaceful breakfast outside in a large patio, a privilaged location inside the city. This suite is huge, an enormous open space with extremely high ceilings in forms of arches made out of bricks, ancient and original. Parking is not easy but the hotel does everything possible to help park cars, including a garage away from... More

What a great hotel with incredible caring staff! Located in the historic center with 5 star amenities, we absolutely loved our stay here. A special Thank you to Luis who was so kind, courteous and patient with us throughout our stay! Parking is difficult but Luis had the solution. The buffet breakfast is the best I have seen. They have... More

Hotel is in a great location… on one of the many picturesque medieval cobbled streets that give the town it’s unique character. The hotel building is a beautifully restored combination of two mansions from the 14th - 16th century, and has a lot of charm and character. Our room was nice, with a good firm bed, nice linens, and good... More

It took us a second tour around to find the parador as the satnav wasn't particularly effective. It was free parking but only ablout 6 spaces otherwise I think they use a parking area away from the hotel. Luiz who met us spoke excellent English and told us a bit about the parador which is 2 buildings into one, 14th... More

What an amazing place to stay! Our greeting was so warm and welcoming - we had originally booked a 'family room'. It was explained to us that this type of a room was really not one of the best options in the hotel as it meant a double bed and a very small cot in a large room. However, the... More
