After the connections between Vorarlberg and Tyrol were cut off due to heavy rain, we were lost on the road to Steeg. We entered the Styrolerhof and were warmly received by a kind waitress who advised us, very professionally, in choosing a pastry, in this case a very friendly Strudel. The receptionist (but perhaps it was the Owner of this warm place?), with great kindness and empathy for our situation as shipwrecked of the road, made and printed on the computer an itinerary so that we could reach our destination (Seefeld) despite the roadblocks. Thanks to her we arrived safely at SEEFELD. Despite our brief visit, we noticed that the warmth and friendly atmosphere prevailed at the Inn.

We stayed 2 nights at the Styrenerhof in Steeg. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (except for one exception-see below). The dinner we liked, and especially the breakfast left nothing to be desired. Since I like to get up early, I could even enjoy the swimming pool as a single guest.
There was only one unpleasant experience, namely the Tyrolean waiter. You could overlook the fact that he duces all the guests. But his tone is disrespectful and he doesn't know the word "sorry" or a "sorry about that." Just one example: We wanted our dessert about 10 minutes after the main dish, and he accepted this wish as well. When he brought the dessert after an hour, I discreetly pointed out the time difference. His answer: "Then open your mouth!" You can't do that. I still didn't deduct a point because of him, because otherwise everything fit.

A refuge at the foothill of a mountain range, so serene and wonderful... to wind down, to be with nature and to enjoy the generous helping of good quality meals. I was especially blown away by the tasty great soups they serve at every start of the meal and the availability of fresh locally grown apples and carrots plus oranges, every morning with the juice maker! This really complete my "nature" stay. The main course did not fail to please us either so all in all, such a wonderful break with picturesque villages nearby.

Most contented and hope to be back again!

We've got family room. The rooms are clean and the service was excellent. The staffs are very friendly. The guests are nice. For the main saison of winter is the way to go to the hotel from Switzerland a bit long because the Lechtal was closed. But all together is the stay very comfortable.

I had just returned from a stay at Intercontinental somewhere, a very good hotel on its own. But I didn’t bother to write anything about it. Styrolerhof did. The stay was not planned, literally booked few hours before leaving. Dinner was the first experience, very good meals, tasty, good looking, not expensive. Breakfast was a lot better than what I had at the big international one, simply: fresh, good quality (real orange or apple juice!) and delicious. The owner/cook was readily available, top service. All for a very good value. Room was ok considering the price, but the experience was definitely 5 stars.

We were only here for dinner. It was excellent. Service, waiting time and friendliness were excellent. And the food was really delicious. We had pizza, which is not comparable to the typical Italian pizza, but it was very good. Absolutely recommended
