Residence Venice is a huge amount of space. We were only there for 3 days, so it was almost too much room for us. But I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Venice for an extended period of time that doesn't want to pay the price of inside the city. If you have a Eurail pass the... More

This residence is clean, the staff is nice and the area is very calm, with few restaurants and a supermarket not far away. Although they forgot to come pick me up at the airport (which didn't bother me much, I went directly to my convention, with less hassle but more baggage to carry), I had a good experience there. The... More

I didn't realize that the hotel would pick us up at the train station until I double checked their website for the address when we arrived. I hadn't made any arrangements in advance to pick us up, but I did call the office just to see if they could because we had luggage. The owner came within 5 minutes and... More

I stayed along with my wife for 2 nights in Residence Venice 8 , 9 April 2016. Our flight was arriving very late to the Marco Polo airport 22:40 . I was worried if i would be able to check in that late in the night as most hotels are closing checkin pretty early. The owners Renzo left the key... More

These apartments are clean and well fitted as city break apartments go. While there are disadvantages to not being in the heart of Venice, the accommodation is cheaper as a result and Quarto D'Altino has several good restaurants (which are also cheaper), while the train service to Santa Lucia, in the centre of Venice is convenient. Above all, the staff... More

We're a family of four with 2 kids below 10. Apartment was comfortably spacious for us. Very clean upon checking in, with fresh new towels. We arrived past 11pm and couldn't see the sign to the building. It's in-between the Best Western and a residential block with it's name in bright blue lights on the top of the building. Great... Spent 3 nights at Residence Venice for my partners birthday, wanted accommodation outside of Venice to save money but also not too far away. It's in a quiet little town with a local supermarket which was handy for breakfast. Only 10 minute walk to station and then 22 minutes to centre of Venice, tickets only €3 euro each way! The... Stayed here in August with my boyfriend as the first stop on our travelling holiday round Italy. The place is perfect for visiting Venice. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the trains are frequent and cheap and took around 25 minutes to reach Venice. Instead of staying in Venice for dinner, we came back... More
