A original artistic Hotel, Peppe (the owner) is an institution in the area of Taormina and Letojanni. Familiar ambiance, very great location, always fresh sea food, quality wine selection, great cocktails, relaxing beach, pleasant beach-service and great service. Taormina is just 5/6 kilometers far, easy and interesting possibilities for others excursions as: Etna, Savoca, Castelmola, Alcantara gorges… I will come back for sure 👍🏼🤗❤️

i recommend this place. it is a sweet lovely hotel, our room was small but clean, quiet with view to the sea. beach right next to the hotel with free sun beds. the weak point was the breakfasts, really little choice and nothing hot to eat. But in front of the hotel is a cafeteria with delicious coffee. Hotel offers very tasty dinners with the possibility of exchanging for other types of food. Restaurant is by the see. if we come back in Sicily, we will choose this hotel again because of the atmosphere and the beach.

I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks in July 2017. From the very first day of my stay I felt at home! Unique, atmospheric place! If you want to feel the flavor of the beautiful island of Sicily - hotel DA PEPPE is the best place for this! Love!! ♡♡♡ Many thanks to everyone who works there, especially señor Pepe, Christina, Natasha, Ezio and other wonderful people! I Miss You! - Number Clean, comfortable. Cleaning every day. - Breakfast Delicious coffee, fresh pastries, fruit, cheese-everything I love - SEA 1 minute from the hotel! The hotel has its own beach, clean and well maintained, sunbeds for free - Location Excellent. Opposite the supermarket, a little further - a bus stop, where you can get to Taormina. DA PEPPE - MY LOVE!

Great hotel for people who don't need all inclusive. Good food, really nice staff. The atmosphere is amazing. All these antique things in the hotel make it stand out from other hotels. Dining room in the garden is really nice and pretty.

We visited Hotel da Peppe for the second time in August 2016 and we are going to book another stay for the third time! Again everything was perfect! Rooms are quite spacious and functionally decorated. Service is very friendly and always helpful. The location is great. About 10 minutes by bus to Taormina and what is very important the hotel is near the railway station for trains to Messina, Catania and Siracusa (last year we even managed to get to Palermo via Catania). Letojanni is definitely a great base for exploring the eastern part of Sicily. The restaurant is exellent (we still remember a taste of vegetable lasagna and spaghetti alla Peppe)! We enjoyed everything: the beauty of the surroundings and friendly atmosphere and we can't wait to come back there in next year!

Our first visit was excellent hence the return visit. Should have left it at that. Very tough calamari too start with, kids lasagna was hot on the outside and after telling waiter about it ...no response.

This hotel is not perfect. The reception is too small, the interior is not up to date and it is not first row at the beach. But! You won't find anything better in terms of hospitality and family owned hotels in the area at all. Together with the family owned restaurant at the beach it will give you the perfect base for your Sicily holiday. In this hotel it won't be luck to meet the family who owns it. They are around all the time. Mr. Peppe is truly one in a million 😀 If you think about booking the hotel: Do it!

With husbad we spend seven days in this hotel. We didn't expect anything special. But we were pretty surprised. This is a family hotel. Peppe is a painter but it doesn't matter. He is trade mark. All staff are friendly. There is enough food for breakfast. Dinner isn't self service but this is normal in Italy. Menu for dinner is different but the main could be bigger.

We have just returned from an excellent 4 day stay during half-term stay at Hotel da Peppe on a half board basis. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.The position on the beach and in the little town of Letojanni was perfect as a base for short stay. Car parking on the street was easy at this time of year as all the summer restrictions have finished...we think!!! Drinks not included in price but very reasonable. Do remember to check the half-board menu at reception and make any requests before 11:30 if the set menu doesn't suit! We weren't aware of this on the first night. All in all value for money and a great stay!
