The hotel is in a good location close to the beach. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly (especially Angelo, Stefano and the tall guy in the restaurant), on the arrival got upgraded as our original room was only for 2 people not 3 for some reason but the room was excellent. Large terrace, quiet and plenty of storage and sea views. The positives: the views from all around the hotel especially the walk to the main pool, absolutely breathtaking, the food at dinner was good for all inclusive, most of the staff are lovely, the beach was ok with 2 free sunbeds. Rooms spacious and clean. Negatives: the lifts got no air con and take for ever, we started using the steps next to them on the way down, freezing shower by the pool which no one uses before entering the pool, smoking allowed everywhere, other Italian guests are very rude with jumping the queue, lots of kids running around the restaurant which makes getting safely to your seat is a bit of a challenge, we got used to it but could be irritating for older guests, on few occasions we waited in a queue and an older Italian woman with short bleached hair got between us no excuse me or saying anything and started taking videos of all the dishes! Bizarre behaviour Lol, breakfast is boring every day just horrible bacon and scrambled eggs , would be nice to have something else maybe fried eggs for a change? No one ever had the boiled eggs so why bother. The pool is nice but closes too early, the music is too loud but the reps are lovely and entertaining after few days we started to learn the songs( bomba, bomba ) lol , we loved the fact that you can’t leave the towel s so after lunch you get the chance to get a decent subbed, this is the first hotel which implements no sunbeds hugging. Lack of cutlery in the restaurant and when asked for knife was told finished, learned to go for meals early or it’s hard to get a table, cutlery or a deserts before they get destroyed, the big cakes should be cut into slices by staff as the guests absolutely destroy them by trying to cut with blunt knife. The resort is a bit run down not much to do, Taormina not walkable and not as nice as I thought. All in all we had a nice time, took a local boat trip etc, would not go inclusive again as it’s just not for us and would stay somewhere nearer the main attractions.

I’ve been here for a week and I’ve been having a great time. The room is spacious and clean. The pools and the beaches are wonderful and the evening are always fun because of the music. There is good food but the dining area is a bit chaotic. The pasta is really good, the second dishes are good too but a bit repetitive. I never got desserts but they looked ok. Breakfast was really limited, in fact if you could only get pretty much croissants. Not a lot of food for vegans or celiacs. Overall I had a great time staying here and I would recommend doing the all inclusive so you can drink whenever you want without paying. The hotel had great views and they’ll be hard to forget.

The hotel is comfortable and clean with a pleasant view or the sea. It has easy access to the beach and availability of local buses to Taormina and surrounding area.
I was disappointed to be charged a compulsory €20 for entertainment (absolutely awful piped music) and use of the facilities (beach). Although the two hotels are meant to share facilities, the swimming pool, sauna etc. require additional €20 to join and I can see nothing else worthy of note.
Also, make sure you have cash as beach towels,Sade key etc. is only taken in cash

Was booked at the Caesar’s Palace in Giardini Naxos part of the same group of hotels (Parc Hotels) but was told that it was closing due to lack of bookings.
Caesars Palace had better reviews and as we were only informed of its planned closure the week before arriving it was a case of accepting what was offered.
As I said our room was great, comfortable, roomy and had a great view. That is where the good things about this hotel stops.
On our arrival in the dining room I soon found that communication with my partner was impossible! The noise that greeted us was deafening, kids running around uncontrollably and the level of noise meant people had to shout to be heard! The worse was yet to come the food was a mixture of lukewarm, drab, unappetising and tasteless. It was at this stage we made the decision to eat out for the rest of the holiday. Thank goodness the town below of Letojanni has a fantastic choice of restaurants, all very excellent, quiet and good value for money.
The essence of my review is that, stay at this hotel if you enjoy a comfortable room with beautiful views but do not eat here.

Staff is rude, except that of restaurant
Customers are allowed to smoke everywhere - inside hotel, inside elevators, hallways, rooms. No place at pool to relax without smokers - no designated area for smokers or nonsmoking.
Rooms are small, have to sit sideways on toilet so small is bathroom, you pay extra for see view but all rooms have see view and balcony, The REALLY small tv in room has only Italian channels.
On hottest day of trip (heat wave 37 degrees) aircon in room didnt work.
Food is the same EVERY day and very limited options, no imagination, nothing interesting and no coffee with dinner (for with desert), many desserts contained alcohol (with no warning) and kids were allowed to dish it up.
All-inclusive drinks should be available all day but is empty by 16:00, slushy machine has more black mold than slushy.
1 of the 2 elevators from beach to hotels (neither has fan or airflow) didn’t work for days.
Toiletries is only soap (that wasn’t refilled) - no shampoo or body lotion. Coffee in room wasn’t refilled daily.
Pool stank or urine and has sewage drain right next to side, should be 1,65m deep but was filled to less than 1,5m. Paving around pools were too hot to walk on barefoot and not enough beds and umbrellas.
Distance to town and Taormina has to say that there are only 1 store in town and Taormina is only reachable by vehicle - walking and cycling not possible due to roads width.
Excursion must be booked 3 days in advance and every excursion only happens once per week. (CitybySee excursion not recommended - boring, no time for photos, guide has no knowledge of excursion and her English is terrible)
I will not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

It is a massive hotel, and our overall feeling to it is that it is pretty outdated and not personal at all. The lift to the upper part of the hotel is a fun way to elevate but has no open windows and is like a greenhouse. Very hot and always full of people. Also very slow.

Walking to our room we noticed a weird smell. A combination of swimming pool and piss. The room had a very old bed with bad matrasses and the shower wet the whole bathroom.

Breakfast was in a very big room full of old tables and the food was also not so good. Warm, long-life milk from a carton and the bread and croissants tasted like straight from a packaging. They did have very delicious fresh orange juice.

If you’re looking for a not too expensive hotel with a nice entertainment for children this could be a good option, but for us it was not.

This hotel is like a throwback to the 1970s. I left after one night. The beds are so hard it is impossible to be comfortable. The pillows are like cream crackers. Add to this, both are stained. The furniture is awful with damaged units and water damage. There are no lamps of any kind. My room had a balcony but it was impossible to use as a motorway type road passes the window. It is raised on high piers and constructed in sections. At every section the noise is appalling and constant. A train track runs alongside and the noise from the trains adds to the joy! To access the swimming pool you need to negotiate 2 lifts and one funicular railway system. On arrival you will be met by something akin to a holiday camp. There is a horrible snack bar.
I had food included with the group booking but the buffet was removed before I had finished (barely started, in fact). I read the reviews on breakfast and decided to make the most of my trip to Sicily and leave. I then had an amazing time seeing everything that was included on the tour but in beautiful hotels with gorgeous food. This is not 4 star, it is 2 star

If you are looking for a nice place with owesome views, it's undoubtedly for you.
The panoramic elevetor which connects all buildings is one of the main attraction.
The neighbourhood of Taormina, Isola Bella or Giardini Naxos make the place even more interesting.
All rooms are very tidy and were cleaned every day. On first day in the room were waiting for us sweets in the room.
The building consist of two parts with rooms - Olimpo and Antares, which is more modern. Each building has a separate restaurant with 'fully-equipped" bar. ;) On the evenings there was a live music in the bar, or outside.
But the whole complexion is really big and you have to be carefull no to get lost in it.
The food was exellent with a lot of pasta, frutti di mare, fish etc. The breakfasts were a little bit boring.
All stuff was charming and hellpfull, especially one young barman with a charming voice.
I this year I was there two times and I really reccomend the place for those who want to take a breath and enjoy the time in Sicily.

The steep hillside means a walk through a tunnel (not unpleasant in any way) and the an ascent in a lift to get to the hotel itself. Thus it is unusual. Accommodation is good, spotlessly clean and nice furnishings. Food brilliant at both breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately many rooms overlook a motorway flyover about 100 meters away but you get used to it. The noise is a reason to keep the balcony door closed at night and then the air-conditioning can be benefitted from.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was excellent.

Our room was very spacious with the most fantastic view from the balcony. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly in the restaurant.

We were sceptical at first about being so high up but Letojanni and the beach is so easily accessible with the cable car and lifts. Parking was 5 euros a day.

Breakfast was good with a good selection. We had dinner in the hotel one night. It was ok but I wouldn’t want to eat there every night.

We stayed in October so it was a bit quieter. We didn’t use a lot of the facilities but everything looked very good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in summer.

If on foot there is no option but to walk up hill some way and on your left there is an area from where you can get a funicular and walk through another hotel and stairs etc. Not good - do you really want to stay there? We were there in November - hotel manager and reception staff generally awful, we refused food - cold hot food, rotten fruit, food put out from previous meals.....our operator paid for us to est elsewhere! You are also miles from anywhere with no transport or bus system. It cost 40euros for a taxi to the nearest town. Rooms were ok but I would opt for somewhere else or you will be isolated. The hotel shop heavily overcharged for bottles of water. The last night they put on free drinks and snacks to apologise but it was too little too late. The hotel below was a building site which we had to walk through in the dark with our suitcases! Check it is finished. If you walk up the road to hotel you can go in a back entrance or taxi can take you up there - if!!!! They have opened the gate! I think the two hotels are owned by same people so assume if you walk you can still go through.
