the rooms are clean, the beach is near, the dinner is great - it is obvious that the kitchen staff is making efforts to provide perfect food. The cuisine is Sicilian. The service is better than four stars hotels in Greece. Letojanni is not so great, but you may visit Taormina, Castelmola and Sirakuze. If you want to have ten days in the beach than Letojanni is not the solution. Beaches in Greece are far better for such type of vacation.

Stayed in July, paid extra for sea view! Initial impressions very disappointing, bedrooms very basic, but very clean and cleaned daily, showers very old! Breakfast v basic, got bored and skipped most days, bar unattended all of the time! Reception v unfriendly, 1 minute walk to local supermarket and beach, rooftop pool verty small, no poolside bar, view beautiful, overall okay hotel, but personally I would not stay here again

We arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm and checked in very quickly. Our room was on the third floor and overlooked the breakfast terrace we also had a partial sea view. The higher floors had a better view. The view from the small rooftop pool area is stunning. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served on the terrace but we took ours in the dining room as there were a number of wasps buzzing around. Located about 50 meters from the sea front and the super selection of restaurants. I would recommend the hotel and the town of Letojanni to anyone seeking a relaxing seaside holiday.

Summer holidays are here again. Hotel delle Palme helps set the mood. We ended up here because I booked late and could not get room in next village. What a great turn of events! This was the best place ever, it's a 3 star hotel it's 1 block from the beach. Very short walk to restaurants and bus train etc. Drawback trains runs near the hotel but I knew about this so was prepared for the noise. In reality it was not bad. It's a super place to base yourself for exploring. Hello Giovanni our accommodating bar keep, waiter and general funny man. What a friendly guy who embodies Sicilian culture. Will be back

Prior to stay at this hotel I emailed them four times to ask about airport transfer not one reply back , the hotel is clean , good location , nice breakfast , only one member of staff that speaks to you lovely man with glasses didn't get his name , we had a lovely sea view , wifi is poor , we asked for breakfast early as we were leaving early and was told no problem , I checked out beforehand and went to sit to eat breakfast as we were leaving in half an hour the man in the desk clearly didn't understand the machine and kept telling me to give the card back to him and was very rude , I was therefore charged twice when I contacted the bank , didn't get to eat any breakfast didn't get a goodbye safe journey nothing , had such a fab holiday in Sicily and it really spoilt it but the lovely lady on the desk called me when I got back home to uk and told me my money was returned which it was .

Just returned from recent holiday in Letojanni, staying at this delightful hotel. The staff are very helpful, particularly Tamaira, one of the Receptionists. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean, towels changed every day. It's practically in the centre of the quaint town, so just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops etc. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Good size rooms and nice balcony. Good pool on the top of the hotel. It’s a real local experience not a plastic one. The deli opposite the train station is amazing for hot chicken, olives and bread. And the mini marker on the corner opposite the hotel –BUY the local wine in the PLASTIC bottle. In a blind tasting my wife preferred it to the pricy version. If you want an authentic Italian experience then this is the hotel for you. The location is exactly perfect, just one street back for the beach and right on a lovely street with lots of local shops, bars, supermarkets, etc. It is the real Italian experience not the plastic tourist purpose built one, the staff were excellent. The facilities in the hotel were better than 3 stars. The breakfast was very good. The evening meal was good but the variety of food on offer could be upgraded. But the food was very homemade and tasty. If you want a sea view then book (extra cost) one of the higher rooms on the front. Actually the rear of the hotel has a nice view of the mountains and the local railway, for train lovers it’s a treat. Seeing and hearing the trains go by. Lots of public Transport to other locations. T Overall a very pleasant and authentic Italian experience. It’s not 5 star but you won’t be disappointed.
