I am reading the reviews of this hotel and my experience was the total opposite. My 14 year old nephew and I stayed at the hotel and had a good experience. Although it's not in the center city of Paris, it was still a good location with a good last minute rate and extremely conveient to the metro which is...

Stayed at the holiday Inn Saint Ouen for 4 nights with my boyfriend last weekend. To be honest, we accidentally booked this hotel after getting the name confused with another garden court holiday inn in paris- embarrassing! So we were very apprehensive after reading the reviews of this hotel on trip advisor. The location is not the best as it...

Paris was my last stop after a 2 week tour through Europe where I stayed at a variety of hotels. Before arriving in Paris, my tour guide reminded the group that the French can come across rude at times so I was very prepared for this. Through my 2 night stay in Paris I did not come across one rude...

We were here on our Trafalgar Tour and we will never stay here again, on tour or on our own. Hot and small. AC didn't work. No space for tour buses to load or unload so we had to carry our items a block to where the buses could park. Room was so small only one suitcase could be opened...

I want to complain about my recent visit at the Holiday Inn Garden Court in Paris. I arrived at 11:30 and the very unfriendly front desk employee "Rangan" told me in a arrogant way that I could only check-in at 2pm despite I am a Platinum Ambassador. He did not say that he's feeling sorry or anything about this, he...

Together with my husband, we went with a tour group who booked us into this hotel for our last 2 days of our holiday. Room was extremely small and dark, we didnt even had the space to open up our luggages! Another of my tour mate had a triple sharing room - in a twin room! A corner of the...

I must say this was the worst service we recieved anywhere in our Europe tour. There always seems to be a reason why you`re doing something wrong, or they won`t do anything for you. Rooms were small, but acceptable. They wouldn`t even deliver a corkscrew or an attendant to the room to open a bottle of wine. Breakfast was a...

Stayed here for one night on a whistle-stop visit to Paris as I generally know what to expect with Holiday Inn. Location was fine - 5 minutes to metro and a few stops into central Paris. Room was tiny and so was the bathroom. Decor was starting to look very drab and overall the room was quite dinghy - cigarette...

This holiday Inn has everything that a budget traveller needs. Although the rooms are small they are clean and comfortable, the same with the bathroom. The breakfast was nice with good variety. The beer in the bar was a little expensive for a budget hotel Eur6 for each pint but the staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful...
