We are sorry that your last evening was spoiled by your room being cold, it was such a shame as we had stoked up the boiler and there was plenty of hot water, but unbeknown to us another guest had turned the upstairs thermostat down, and as we do not heat our own room we were unaware. We were sad though that you did not feel able to tell us that evening so that we could sort it out for you. Regarding the flies, our pest controller tells us that they are'cluster flies', not necessarily farm specific, and he was poised to smoke them out , but could not do it whilst we had guests, so we had to do our best with the hoover!
