Hotel in the airport area (do not know if they have a transfer, I was with my car). The room was very small, almost uncomfortable. Due to covid the restaurant was closed and only available 3 types of pizzas. Fortunately you can drive in the area to find some restaurants for dinner. For the price paid is very expensive. The good point is that the gym is very good.
Penta hotel Brussels Airport is a nice short stay hotel. Ambiance/atmosphere of the place is rather unique, feels like living room, rather than a hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and quiet, bar has nice selection Belgian beers, breakfast is excellent and tried gym for first time, which was nice and clean as well.
The hotel is trying to be a little different and succeeds. It has a style...which I personally liked. Room was small but functional and looked good. TV selection had a lot of free to view movies which is great if you have time to watch. Food options were limited due to chef being away but what was there was good and well presented. Staff very friendly and did a great job. I will definitely use this hotel again. One downside is the shuttle stops at 10:30 and starts again 18:25 so factor that in if your flights are in the middle of the day. There’s a local bus stop nearby and taxis available if needed.
All of the staff were super friendly and the hotel has a nice ambiance. The food was also really nice and breakfast was worth buying. It's still an airport hotel so there are planes about but overall I enjoyed my stay.
This is a great little hotel, close to airport but I drove there and got the train to the centre of Brussels,25 mins overall, station only a 5 min walk, the hotel had a great atmosphere and feel, staff very welcoming and helpful, the price was unbelievable £39 for anight, could not fault it
