Helpful and kind staff. Bright and comfortable rooms. It was our second stay at this hotel and both times we enjoyed staying here. Parking was free of charge. The breakfast is various and tasty. The Swarowski Kristallwelten is just a few minutes distance from the hotel.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Hotel Rettenberg, Kolsassberg, Austria. We were half board, and we certainly had value for money! Breakfast was superb and we were served a 4 course set meal every evening! If we didn't fancy the main course on the set menu, we could choose from their al a carte restaurant menu....

Very good hotel in a small town, surrounded by mountains. There's a bar inside and hidden below the hotel is a club with a bowling alley where we had tons of fun until deep in the night. Good service all around, clean and very nice.
