Very good hotel next to rail station. Excellent value and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Right next to good pub serving food and real ales. Small co-op and takeaways a few minutes walk and Bromsgrove about a mile away.

When I book a 2 star travel lodge and pay just £44 for 1 night my expectations are not high. Well what I pleasant surprise I had! The staff were absolutely wonderful and gave me plenty of local information that I needed, up-graded my room so I had plenty of space. I was chilly so they lent me their heater...

Stayed here for one night for an event in the area. Was not expecting luxury, but I have stayed in other travelodges that have been at least pleasant. This one bordered on farcical - we arrived to find that the key card system was broken, so the single reception staff member had to walk us to and from our rooms...

Arrived late in the evening straight to the room and slept! Warm and comfortable. No frills. Reception very friendly and welcoming. Location not so obvious from the main road but found it easy enough!

Am a regular travelodge user. This one was nice, but our room disappointed slightly as the only window was a sky light with no view of the outside at all, which made it a bit claustophobic. Nice and clean and tidy though, lots of parking with a barrier system on entry and exit.

Check in St hotel was quick and stress free, although there is no bar at this hotel there is pubs very near by. Lovely clean room and helpful staff I would stay again. The side we stayed on was a little noisy near the train station though.

Clean rooms very spacious. Beds comfortable, large shower. Good restaurants close by especially Banners and Zingers. There was 24 hour maintenance on the railway that we were not told about which kept us awake most of the night. Some of the workers were staying at the hotel and were not the quietes at 5am.
