Location is perfect, our rooms had a sea view which was stunning. Arrived late but reception staff were lovely (as were all the staff). Rooms are minimalist but spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is fine, plenty of choice. Plenty of sun beds at the pool, easy walk to everywhere, we would love to return here.

Turned up at 1.30am to no receptionist or any staff, had to let myself Into their open office find my own room key so I could go to bed. To then been called down to reception at now 2am to be greeted by the rudest man I have ever met. Scottish security guard who shouted at me and my two friends as though we was in the military. Never have I had a grown man shout at me the way that man did. Hotel was clean but the staff are rude and frankly do not care about their guests. We was originally booked in at a luxury hotel which had over booked we was told we would be moved into an equally better hotel this was not the case. So disappointed never returning.

We stayed at this hotel in September. It has been upgraded and is clean modern and minimalistic. We arrived at 10 pm to a grumpy Receptionist who said we had missed evening meal and they couldn't provide anything. No information on local takeaways. Room lovely, evening meals started off OK but went downhill. They served till 9.30 but at 8.30 we felt we were a nuisance and had to queue on occasion behind staff. We felt guests were not listened to if they had issues. We reported one meal as being reheated from the night before but even the Manager did not want to know. Avoid evening meals. Its a shame the bar staff, cleaners etc all lovely. Won't be going back.

I was a little concerned with my choice of hotel after reading some of the negative reviews on this site, but all my concerns were unfounded. We had a fabulous stay, we found the hotel well located, clean and were pleased with the quality of the rooms and facilities offered. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

First the good points 1 - Rooms with balconies overlooking the bay offer lovely views 2 - Our room was large with lots of space and a fridge and a safe Apart from that the hotel left a lot (too much) to be desired - We were on a B&B basis and the breakfasts were pretty dire - lots of choice but none to write home about - Room cleaning was done on an ad hoc basis. Once our room was cleaned two days in a row, once with a gap of two days, once with a gap of three days -The aircon had a life of its own. No matter how we adjusted it, it continue to blast out cold air - If our room had been updated, I'd hate to think what it was like before hand _ When we opened the poorly laminated wardrobe, two of the internal shelves collapsed on the floor - The shower had no hight adjustment and the towels were thin and skimpy - The pool towels were also skimpy and never changed - The bedroom pillows were ancient, thin with no support - in fact all of the bed linen was aged and tired Overall this hotel does not represent good value for money
