Perfect location, clean, safe, nice, not expensive, great service! big thanks to small Serbian (or let me say ex-YU) community there, headed by Djordje, all are great professionals, and great people. I had great small holiday there with my son, so out of season it is even family friendly (not sure if area is really family friendly in the high season!). Pool is great, location is perfect, all people are extremely friendly warm and helpful, cleanliness on high class standard level, only food (breakfast) is not classy but still if you are not too picky it is fine, thanks to service it becomes even pleasant! so, all recommendations, for pairs, friends, lonely travelers, even small families, out of season (end October) is for sure much better!

Fortunately we were able to actually travel to Malta this summer. COVID19 put a huge question mark over the vacation. Now that we´ve already booked and a re-scheduling was not easily possible with Air-Malta, we decided to go. What made me a bit upset about the booking: we wanted to book directly through the hotel (not booking.com) and we would not get the same cancellation policy as through booking.com, where one could cancel free of charge until thhe day of arrival. In times of COVID that´s really essential. From now I´m only booking hotels, that provide free cancellation until the day of arrival. You never know, when the next lockdown will come. We´re a patchworkfamily of 5 and wanted 2 rooms next to another with a connecting door. We´ve got the rooms next to another and there was a connecting door - just that the door was on the opposite side, connecting to some random people, not to the other room. Some neighbors were quite noisy, but a call at the reception solved the problem. That´s how the vacation started and that was the negative part. Finally we had actually 7 nice vacation days in the hotel. The sandy beach next to the hotel was nice. We found several other nice beaches that we´ve reached either by foot or by bus. Bus connections are pretty good. There was a great scuba diving place close to the hotel too (Cresta Dive Center), where we were treated like Royals. Rooms in the hotel were kept very clean and everything was quite functional. Amazing was the water pressure in the shower. Washing my daughters loooong hair from all the sea salt and sun cream went really efficiently. We did not even dare to put the shower hose on full whack - you could cut granite with that water jet, but at same time high water flow (not jsut high pressure due to lime scale) ...really loved that. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast, but good quality and sufficient variety. Tip: if you want good espresso: go to the bar in the breakfast room and ask there. Don´t go to the regular coffee machine. All in all it was a good choice.

We stayed here for a long weekend and and we were both very impressed, the location was excellent and the facilities were great. Upon arriving at the hotel there was a slight mix up with our booking (crossed wires) however this was resolved straight away with no issues and with total professionalism. Based on other reviews I had requested a room on the 10th floor in the 70 numbers, it was explained that this was possible however the room was designed for guests with disabilities so we opted for another room (855). The room was really nice and had sea view as per request, comfy bed, massive TV, twin sinks, sofa, balcony, big shower and great views Went to the rooftop pool again was great, loads of sunbeds, towels and a bar. With regards to some of the other reviews about room locations I would agree with them, the room we were in was located just under some extractor fans which was kind of off putting when you wanted to have the door open however but as we were not really in it wasn't a big deal, just try and request an odd number room in the 60's and up. I don't really know what else to say really other than the whole place was great, and we would stay again. Finally i would just like to say a massive thank you to Lordana M (Guest Relations Manager) and the team for making the stay extra special for my partner.

We stayed here for a week this September and we have to say that there is hardly anything bad to say about this hotel. We arrived very late in the evening and check-in was seamless. Upon arriving to our beautiful, spacious room (with a seaview!), we were greeted with a bottle of wine, balloons and chocolates as it was my birthday during the trip. There is a mini fridge in the room which was perfect to keep the wine cold as we were too sleepy to drink it! The room itself had the comfiest double bed, massive shower and two sinks. The room was cleaned immaculately everyday, sometimes morning and sometimes afternoon but always to the highest standard. Breakfast was served on the 4th floor and had so much choice - both hot and cold foods. Table service for drinks (juices, teas, coffees etc.) might be a good suggestion to help ease traffic. There was such good Covid procedures at breakfast though, so much sanitiser and masks. We always felt safe. The pool is one of our favourite parts of this hotel - but be there before 11am/12pm as it gets really busy! The pool overlooks St. George's Bay and the bar serves alcoholic drinks, cocktails, soft drinks and food for really reasonable prices. We got lunch here one day and it was divine. All the staff in this hotel were so friendly and kind and we cannot praise them enough. We will definitely be back to this hotel in the future, it is the perfect location - supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach are all super close. The gym could definitely do with an upgrade - there are only 6 sets of free weights and 3 cardio machines (only one of which works!). For the hotel that it is, the gym was a let down so hopefully the next time we come back the gym will be renovated! We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it
