We got the 2 executive apartment rooms at i hotel through an agent for a last min trip. Prior to the trip, we figured that the hotel has quite a history, so din expect much. When we reached there, we were surprised that the interior of the hotel was very well maintained even though it still has the old time grand look. Rooms are pleasantly big and clean. It is just minutes to Nagoya mall tho we did not have the time to walk over and explore. The breakfast was average but service was good. Would recommend friends to stay at this hotel if they come to Batam.

Superb location between BCS Mall and Grand Batam. Very spacious and clean rooms. TV has lots of channels and service by the staff was superb. Breakfast spread was surprisingly delicious. For the price, it’s a real gem. I highly recommend I Hotel Baloi to anyone visiting Batam and wanting to be close to everything. Keep up the good work guys =)

The location was ideal, as it was situated between two major shopping malls. Walking distance. There are numerous excellent restaurants, massage parlors, and coffee shops in the surrounding area. The service within the hotel was excellent. The hotel room was satisfactory.

Stayed at i baloi recently, which is our go to hotel in Batam. Still very popular as like pre covid times and have to book way in advance especially for stay over the weekend. Room is well maintained despite the building looking dated from the outside. Breakfast was decent and they asked all guests to wear gloves during the breakfast buffet when taking food, which is a good hygiene practice. Location is very good just next to a2 food court and bcc mall and morning market and grand batam mall within walking distance. lots of message places around the area also.

Stayed here for 4x and love it each time. The hotel is well located in the Baloi area, there are many eateries, massage places and malls around it, namely both BCC and Grand Batam. The hotel itself is very well maintained, every corner is clean and tidy. Staff are professional, greet and smile when needed. The breakfast is fantastic, lots of food to eat, fair choices of western and asian food. The room is very clean and functional, just the right size but the bath room is a bit small, but it is clean and well maintained. This is my choice of hotel to stay in Batam.

Love the cleanliness, friendliness and location of this hotel. Many eateries and malls nearby. The roadside bustles at night too so you feel safe exploring around till late. Truly enjoyed our stay here with friends.

Stayed 2 nights at the one @komplek baloi. Good location, near 2 shopping mall (BCS mall and Grand Batam mall). Outside the hotel there are many eateries, some are outdoor tents and there's also outdoor food court. Massage places are many around this hotel also. Convenience store also available across the street. The hotel is quite new, but the bedsheet a bit yellowish and saw stain at the corner. When i requested to change the bedsheet next day (by putting the card), they didn't do it because saw the same stain at the same spot. Came 2pm for check-in but the room still not ready yet, so waited at the lobby. There were no hand towel provided, called the housekeeping and they only gave face towel. Breakfast spread quite good, but taste average. They allowed for late checkout at 1pm.…

Stayed at Deluxe room. Hotel room are clean and tidy, but bathroom too narrow. Price a bit expensive compare to other hotel surrounding. Very good location near many local food, pasar penuin, A5 foodcourt and grand batam mall. Breakfast was OK with many local foods.

Great hotel that is nearby to malls. Good location as it is around 5 min walking distance to two nearby malls that is grand batam and bcs. Friendly staff and the security were helpful and always standing by at the entrance. Big swimming pool, room is clean and the breakfast was good for me as im not that fussy. Overall a pleasant stay for me and my family for 3 days. Will definitely come back here.

This hotel room are nice clean. The breakfast spread are good too. It’s is also near the market and shopping mall The only thing that miss the five star are the price and the far away from the ferry. It’s expensive for the hotel.
