This hotel is just the best place ever! Having visited many times the new bedrooms are stunning, location second to none and friendly staff and management 'Robert' all need to be commended. From the minute we arrived the service was exemplary! We had an amazing evening after enjoying a fabulous dinner, dancing the night away with fab music! Breakfast amazing...

A good experience. Had a good snack in Poetic Licence, nice drinks too. Room small but good value, staff really good throughout. Good breakfast. I would heartily recommend for business or leisure, free parking too,

This is a converted row of houses literally on the sea front, cross the road to the beach. Currently undergoing a renovation so paint and wood shaving smells abound, the rooms are very comfortable and the showers are excellent - watch out for the water pressure on the hand basin though! Delicious food, bar staff friendly and knowledgeable especially Rachel and Paul. Would certainly go again. In fact, so tempted by afternoon tea menu heading back today. Well worth a visit if you like fantastic food, value for money and excellent service. Ticks all boxes.

Excellent food service thanks to Rafael, Paulo and Colin!! Food was delicious and lots of gin tasting! Would recommend this night to all the gin lovers out there! Loads of choice especially in the poetic license range of gins! Good job roker Hotel once again

Fantastic night at the Roker for the gin club! Would highly recommend it to everyone! Friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff! The food was tasty and the entertainment were brilliant! Huge range of gin available at the bar!! Well done Roker!! And thank you Luke (poetic gin guy) for his expertise!!

Had a fab night at the gin club, tasted great gin and the bar staff were superb! Food was tasty too! Poetic license fireside was my favourite!! Thanks to Rachel and Helder who served me all night good job guys
