Stayed here 1st December, booked 2 rooms. The hotel is just off the A19, very convenient for visiting the town, Stadium Of Light and surrounding area. We prefer to stay at this Premier Inn every time we visit family in Sunderland because of the extremely friendly and helpful staff who always go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable....

However there was a lot of dust which let the appearence down on furniture and the bathroom floor. Overall a ok hotel for short stays and if on a medium budget but small things...

I stayed here for one night on business in November paid for by work. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. For my evening meal, I had 2 courses from the festive menu for £10.49, the festive burger and a chocolate brownie. The food was delicious. To drink, I had a Christmas Bakewell (Amaretto with J20 glitter...

Nice rooms, pretty much the same as the rest of the Premier Inns. Comfy beds and all the amenities with good bathrooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful which makes all the difference when you are away from home. Restaurant was OK. Not brilliant but perfectly acceptable as didn't have to go out.
