Second visit to the Roker View..............faultless, great location for getting around Sunderland, Rooms well presented, immaculate, comfortable and great value. Breakfast second to none, and even catered for my "veggie" tastes, without any bother. Friendly and informative Tony who cant do enough for you. Will be back again on my next family visit..........why go elsewhere!!

It was a superb all you can eat breakfast with such a range of food, never seen so much bacon before. Room was good, nice and warm at night, TV was quite pixilated and in the wrong angle. Clean room with good security and room service, fantastic view out to sea as well
