Was there for a seminar and not overnight. You always look forward to lunch at a hotel, but here you were disappointed. We got "pasta bolognese" with thin tubes of pasta that quickly got cold. There was no particular hint of tomato sauce, vegetables and spices, it tasted like minced meat and pasta.

Comfortable stay, fair prices, mediocre friendliness of the staff, good breakfast and excellent nature surrounding. Was there for a weekend staycation and liked the location of the hotel away fro. The hustle bustle of the city.

We stayed a night at the hotel as part of an organized tour group. The hotel is certainly affordable but the dining room in the evening closes early at 9:00 p.m., so those who arrived late - there was no food. The hotel is far from the city and access to it is not convenient. Positive service and we felt quite safe in the hotel.

Qualtiy Hotel Entry has a great location close to the main road E18 approximately 11 kilometers south of Oslo. The hotel has a large car park and offers parking for NOK. 150 per day and night. From the hotel there are good bus connections to the center of Oslo. Hvervenbukta beach is only a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel's common areas appeared to be clean, modern and well maintained.. The hotel has both a bar, a restaurant and a separate fitness room.

The guest room was simply furnished and consisted of two beds, an armchair, flat screen TV, a desk and a bar stool that was intended as a desk chair. There was no aircondtion or minibar in the room. The mattresses and pillows appeared somewhat worn and should have been replaced. However, the bed linen was clean and in good condition.

The cleanliness was generally poor, the bins were not emptied and there was rubbish from the previous guest both in the bathroom and the guest room. There were also several stains on the walls, curtains and furniture.

The bathroom had underfloor heating and was simply furnished. There was dispenser soap both at the shower and sink. In addition to this, a test set of face creams was laid out on the bed.

The maintenance could be somewhat better in both guest rooms and bathrooms. There was also no ventilation in the room, which meant that the air quality was perceived as poor.

The breakfast was served as a buffet and had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. The various dishes were nicely presented and there was also a good selection of allergy-friendly dishes. However, the food did not seem fresh and both the cold cuts and the cheese had dried to the edges and seemed to have been left out for a long time. There was also very little flavor in the bacon that was served.

The service level of the staff was very variable. Only a few of the employees spoke Norwegian. At check-in we had to wait a long time for some staff to come to the reception and there was a lack of both service comments and information about the hotel's facilities. The female English-speaking employee in the breakfast room was cheerful and pleasant.

The hotel has the potential to deliver a good experience, but something should be done with both cleanliness, service level and food quality before I can recommend the hotel to others.

Extremely messy experience, upon arrival our booking was "going away". Did not receive any further information about conference facilities. Set forward and take on extra paid for mineral water for lunch even if it was agreed in writing that it should only be water etc. Day2 they have an employee at work with conference that is responsible for the change of computer systems. Our participants were also told that parking was free if you filled out a list of cars, but day 2 we were told that it would be billed. No one cleaning cups and garbage during the days.
We hold this type of conference 1-2 times a month and will probably not return, this was expensive and poorly compared to other providers in the area.

Roe deer parking that is poorly signposted and not informed about at check-in. The hotel's staff are not very understanding when dealing with the customer on this, and the hotel disclaims any responsibility and believes that it is clearly stated in the lift and at the entrance that parking costs NOK. NOK 150/day. It is disputed. Parking only lasts until 11 the following day, if you stay longer than that you have to pay a parking fee for two days; NOK 300,-. Being a remote hotel where many arrive by car, it should be a small matter to ensure that the hotel's guests feel welcome and looked after at this point. The staff were not pleasant in the face of the customer's surprise at poor signage; "Let's hope you haven't been fined, then", was the sympathetic reply. Here, the stay can quickly be characterized by rejection instead of hospitality. Sad

This is one hotel you should stay away from! Poor service, poor food, poor cleaning and poor rooms! The carpet in the room was filthy, pests in the bathroom, breakfast was one chapter for itself. Bacon empty after 30 minutes after they opened, and it took almost an hour before there came more. On Sunday they did not come with more than 1.5 hours before breakfast closed. Dinner, the buffet was so tragic, I considered ordering. The restaurant got stretched in July... Something that tells me you should not eat there.
Everyone who worked there was angry and little service set up. And those who were in charge of dinner, just disappeared... I searched everywhere, even asked in the front desk, but no, away they were...
Here, management has a great job to do!

Outside the city so very peaceful. There is a bus that brings you to the city, but it is a short under 5 minute walk. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the caesar salad is out of this world! Has a big buffet style breakfast.
No air-conditioning, but can ask for a fan from the front desk. Housekeeping available upon request. Has many hiking trails around the hotel. Big free parking.

We had a group of 20 people staying for 2 days. First, the didnt let us check in early even though our rooms were ready. Second, They over booked the hotel, meaning some of our guys were move to a different hotel 50 min away. Third, the rooms were dark, out dated, and missing most amenities.

For the amount of money we pay for this hotel and the number of people we have staying, they should have atleast have been flexible on somethings. In summary, this hotel is subpar for what you are paying.
