Nice stay, and great location. BUT: If you do get one of the rooms next to the partystreet, bring noisecanceling ear-plugs. There is a wall of sound when there are concerts, which seems to be every night. The rooms dont have AC, and you need to have the windows open.
Breakfast is good, beer in Bar X is very expensive.

This is the ugliest, tiredest and worst room I've ever been in. The shower extinguisher is broken to be removed. The tiles in the baths are there spaces so that when you shower there will be vsn during the floor swells. It's terrible trouble with holes in the wall, holes in the floor. Scratched furniture and poor cleaning. There's a lot of noise in the hallways. Emergency lights do not work in the hallways and removed. Bad marking to get out. Just completely exhausted. Related to a major sportsevent nearby, we (2adults and 11 athletes under 16Y) spent three nights at this hotel. Arriving Thursday 9:30pm and 30minutes delayed, the hotel chose to close the restaurant as planned 9pm, despite us keeping them informed of our delay. As we arrived, there was another sportsclub reporting that the hotel had missed the fact that they would arrive a day earlier then the other athletes and no rooms were ready for them, though it must be said that this was corrected asap (fortunately there were free rooms...). The day after, our team had a written appointment for lunch, but as we attended the restaurant at apoointed timing we were told that lunch is never served on Fridays. When the day of departure arrived it show impossible to keep one room for some time beyond checkouttime without being charged extra and this despite the fact that there were about 150athletes at the same hotel and there was no chance to clean all rooms simultaniously at 11:59am and all clubs were denied this possibility. All in all a very disappointing hotel experience.

Water under the floor in the bathroom, stinking mold, holes in the wall behind the bed. Deep scratches and small holes in the floor in the room. Heat in the floor in the bathroom was screwed off, ice cold in the bathroom. No possibility of increasing the temperature in the room, sleeping with wool socks on. Worn paint on walls inside the room. Not the possibility of controlling light from the bed, expect so pass when one pays full price in the room. I stayed here two nights for work. As strawberry-Hotels go it was somewhat below standard with a rusty exterior, understaffed bar/reception, birddroppings on the windows, poor cooffe and small, old towells. My mail problem was that I had only booked one night, asked if there was another night available and got a yes in the reception. They placed the order and doubled the price without telling me. When I complained about this upon payment for the second night, i met no understanding. It was really problematic, because I did not have a budget for it. It was also extremely overpriced considering the standard. I really dont mind the other details - i need a bed and a cup of cooffe and no fuss when I travel for work. The way they overcharged and refused responsibility for telling me up front was however extremely unpleasant. I will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel, right by the bus station, room was fine, clean, beds comfortable, tv channels a bit limited compared to other hotels. They are concerned about the environment so fresh towels are on request. The main thing I found poor is lack of kettle in the room.

Very pleased. Experienced fire alarm at 01:30 Saturday night. Staff performed their duties very profesionally, and the evacuation routines went very smootly and calm because of this. Thank you, and I would have felt very well taken care of if there should be a real fire incident.
