1. the pillows are gigantic, one pillow takes up half the bed! 2. the sink is very small, the faucet is very high, when you wash your hands, the splashes fly in all directions! 3. There is no refrigerator in the room 4. THERE IS NO INTERNET IN THE ROOM!!!! they write on the website that it is, but in fact it is not in the room or in the hallway. You have to specially go to their cafe and sit there, and if you have to work, there are a lot of people and noise, it is completely inconvenient. 5. the BIGGEST MINUS is the rude woman at the reception (and bar) who lies that there is internet in the room, and when we asked her to confirm this, she could not, of course! This is the worst hotel in all of Norway!!!

The internet in the room we were given did not work. In the evening, a young girl told me that there is such a problem, and in the morning I can count on a discount, because services are not provided in full. In the morning, when I come for check-out, another woman said that the Internet was working properly, and there would be no any discount. At the same time, she behaved extremely impolitely towards me, as a client, that pays them money. At my suggestion, we went to the room twice, but she failed to demonstrate the operation of the Internet. At the same time, she continued to assert that it working, and we just needed to go out into the corridor, where he also did not work. In response to my disagreement with the lies in my face on her part, she decided to call the police. The Norwegian police were polite, but they went by checking my documents, not the Internet. I highly do not recommend this hotel, the city of Batstfjord is not bad, but it has other hotels, as well as beautiful shelters in nature.…

Visited for 3 nights on an organised photography trip to the area. The Brygge was perfect for our stay, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the food was superb. The hospitality of the owners couldn’t be faulted.

We booked this hotel from our cruise ship as it was at the next port after we became unwell and what a find it was! Shortly after booking the hotel we received a call to say what time would we arrive as the restaurant was then closing and they wanted to check if we would be wanting something to eat, what a thoughtful touch! When we finally arrived we were greeted by the lovely Sophie who made us so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us, what a treasure and a great asset to the company! Our room was spacious, modern, clean and just so lovely. Breakfast was lovely to and had a good variety of freshly prepared food. As our flight was not until the evening we enquired at reception about keeping our room for a little longer. The lady on the desk was very helpful and said for a small and very reasonable price we could stay until our flight (at 11 that night). A lovely hotel and a real great find! Would definelty return if I visited this area in the future.…

The rooms/apartments are really nice. The service is excellent and the food in the restaurant is amazing. They offer both rental boats and bikes. Great atmosphere both in the restaurant and the pub downstairs.

Fantastic stay at Båtsfjord Brygge, a great place for both business and pleasure! The food, especially the fish can compete with any restaurants in the world, dining in authentic fishing atmosphere inside the cozy restaurant. The pub downstairs is perfect for relaxing after a long day either at sea or in meetings. The hosts, Frode and Monica, made our stay perfect, thanx a lot :) I have been at many sea fishing facilities in Finnmark, this is probably one of the best! I recommend this place, if it’s for sea fishing, or just a place to sleep!

Nice little hotel with excellent service. The room was quite big an had a sea view. No luxury, but new interior. Clean room and very comfortable bed. We slept too long, so we didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. Location is very good. Close to the town center.

We stayed 3 days in this large apartment with a beautiful view of the port of Batsfjord after crossing the Varanger behind a snow truck The staff is very friendly. The apartment is spacious and clean. Opportunity to see eiders and aurora borealis 100% recommended
