Excellent hotel with a great breakfast. Hotel rooms are nice & clean. Hotel offers the possibility to access casino game, restaurant & swimming pool with sauna & jacuzzi. We stayed 2nights & if I come back to veijle, I will book again....
Stayed in on a Saturday to Sunday, had a great stay. Pro: - had a cozy, clean room with minimalist relaxing decor - indoor pool area available - very nice cocktail lounge - a Michelin-Watch-list restaurant that was absolutely fantastic - the restaurant's view over Vejle, absolutely stunning when having breakfast Con: - pool area is a little small, so families with kids are suddenly "noticable" - if you are in the mood for something local, it's not close - not much to discover by foot around the compound; limited to indoor activities Neutral: - there is a casino located next to the hotel
Stayed hear on a business trip for one night. Check in and out was quick and effective The hotel is partly modern renovated and partly not renovated so it's a mix. As always in Denmark kingsize bed is not available so Teo separate beds put together, it works but not comfortable. Rooms are clean and have bathrobes and slipper so one can use at the relaxing area. The relaxing areas is clean and spacy nice jacuzzi and the pool was also nice. Breakfast buffe is also typical Danish but with some home made granola and cerials but nothing special. And only basic coffee why can't a big hotel as this invest in a modern coffee machine so one can have a nice macchiato in the morning ? All and all a good stay
First of all the service was good and the staff was very friendly. Few essentials are missing! No AC so the room is pretty hot during the summer months. You have to keep the window open which means that you can hear people from outside and the sounds of gym and pool are (they probably kept the doors open to ventilate air). Also they dont have conditioner at all. And the icing on the cake, Late check out costs! Giving three stars because the hotel is situated in a nice area. It’s also very child friendly hotel.
We stayed here for two nights with two young kids (1 and 6), on a roadtrip with Legoland as our destination. Loved the nature around the hotel, the beautifully pool and jacuzzi's, and the breakfast with a view over the Fjord. Downside: no aircon so really glad we brought our own fan. Room also dusty, bit outdated furniture. Shower slippery, our youngest slipped on the floor quite hard (other hotels we stayed at had anti slip shower floors). Also no water cooker in room, so we missed our tea and also not practical to make milk for our youngest.
