This hotel could have it all. Directly by the sea, a few minutes to the train to Copenhagen and a lot of space. But, unfortunately, the hotel is really deteriorated. The rooms are not fresh, the gym equipment is old and only partly working, the entire impression of the hotel is bad. Staff is nice and helpful, though. I come here regularly and will continue doing so, because it is closest to work, but this hotel really needs a total make-over.

Hotell Marina is nicely located along the beautiful coastal road at Öresund. It is a good starting point for trips to Copenhagen which can be reached quickly by train, whose station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. It is also a short drive to the northern coast of Zealand. Marina is a nice hotel and some renovations are in progress which is needed. The rooms are large and spacious, but sparsely furnished. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Good parking outside the hotel. They only have breakfast, but in the nice restaurant Nautilus, located in the marina on the other side of the road, you can have a good dinner.

We stayed @Hotel Marina for a tennis tournament with my 2 teenagers, the location was brilliant, service good. A little outdated, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. There is a little shop just underneath and the sea right in front, the station is 5 minutes away, takes you straight into the centre. Would recommend.

I have stayed here on and off for business trips. It a great location by coast and marina. The common areas are a bit tired and rooms / toilets and showers are functional but no frills. Basically the hotel needs a handyman to fix lots of minor issues. The food is good and although at this time of year a bit short staffed they try hard. I would say do use the hotel but comment on the above so they improve .

The hotel was built in the late 1960s and has seen better days. The new owners have started a gradual renewal and modernization which is starting to show. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a "family" room on the 3rd floor with a fantastic wive of the straight of Elsinore. The room was very clean, the beds and the windows made the impression of being new. The bathroom was clean - but needs a work-over! Our room had no mini-bar. We asked for a kettle / water - boiler to use in our room. Apparently they don't have any but we where given a thermos and there is always boiling water available in the lobby. We tried the breakfast - buffet once; the scrambled eggs where cold and there was no marmalade. The sausages and the bacon was very tasty, the brad was ok. Lots of fruit and vegetables. All in all a pleasant experience; we will be back!
