Ideally located steps away from Terminal 3 but also CDGVAL shuttle train station to TGV railway station or Terminal 1 and 2 (in 5 minutes), as well as next to RER high speed metro to downtown Paris (40 minutes) or Villepinte Exhibition Center (10 minutes), the hotel sets in a brightly lit atrium with a magnificent glass roof arching above the panoramic elevators. The Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport hotel is the perfect place for guests looking for a peaceful yet convenient retreat in the heart of the CDG airport. For those who carry heavy luggage or traveling with family, we also provide a complimentary shuttle service to Terminal 2 (between 2F and 2D, only pickup point available by airport authorities) every 30 minutes most of the day. Lively bar and all day snacking at the SkyBar, french fine cuisine at the SkyRestaurant, work out or have a swim in our indoor pool, we offer a relaxing environment and maximum comfort. We chose this hotel for overnight stay so that we could catch an early flight with minimum hassle. The room was spacious and well appointed, and had a fantastic bathroom. The hotel appeared to have lots of amenities, although we did not have time to enjoy them. The shuttles were not running yet when we left early moring. But the walk to CDGMover was a short one, with directions posted on hotel property. The front desk staff too was helpful in directing us to the train station. Overall, our stay met all the expectations we had for a short overnight stay.

Hotel's Favorite
We needed to spend our last night in Paris at the airport because of our next-day flight. I wanted to use my Hilton points for the stay, so this airport hotel was my option. Boy was I surprised. My experience is that airport hotels take a beating because of the tons of quick in and out stays they accommodate. This hotel did not fit that mold. The hotel is large and lovely. It is clean, and the room was huge. The executive lounge was quite nice with the evening appetizers and drinks, and the breakfast food was tasty. It is conveniently located on the CDGVAL train that takes you from the hotel to the airport terminal with a minimal few minutes walk to the station. If I had to mention something that could be improved...it was very hot in the hotel common areas and lounge. There are a lot of windows in the hotel, so I am sure this added to the heat on a warm day. The air conditioning in our room worked well and kept us cool. If I am ever in Paris again, I will certainly stay here.

The Hilton CDG is home away from my home. The location is so good and safe. The staff are well informed and good to support us during our 6 nights stay. We strongly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Review collected in partnership with Hilton Hotels & Resorts
We chose this hotel as it is not in the crowded part of Paris. We did not want to spend time in the traffic or to find a parking place for our car. So we chose This Hilton on our way from London to Paris (we travelled by car). The hotel was excellent, clean and well organised with friendly staff. The price was reasonable. They gave us information to travel to Paris with the train which was excellent advice and we enjoyed or visit to Paris. We will be back again when we visit Paris.

I stayed at this property for one night in August 2019 which happened to be on my birthday. I am a HH Diamond member and travel frequently and while I can be harsh judge the really poor hotels do stand out and unfortunately this was one of them. I will say the ONE and only good thing they did was let me check-in early, something they emphasized they rarely allow but would for a Diamond member (I thanked them but it felt like I didn't genuflect for this enough.) If you read the hotel's site it explains they run a shuttle from Paris' Terminal 1 & 2, but for Terminal 3 you walk because it's close. I arrived into T3 and while I had no issue walking, the hotel was not easy to find at first and when I did I was crossing an open parking lot (I think for hotel buses) (with your luggage) - you approach the hotel about 0.15 miles away from the rear (you are actually walking toward their loading dock). There is no signage on the hotel telling you where to walk so I ended up circling to find the entrance on the other side. Very poor setup in my opinion and I see other reviewers commenting on this with management blaming the airport for not allowing them to have signage. That hardly explains the lack of signage on their own property and why they wouldn't design a proper entrance facing the entry from the airport side. When I got to my room on the executive floor, the TV was on but not working so I had to call and an Engineer recabled and changed remote batteries but the maid clearly missed this. The room was fine but nothing special and it had an empty minibar which they will state is because so many customers (visiting Paris airport...) ask them to empty it to store their own items. That doesn't sound right and sounds more like an excuse. My real issue came when I couldn't get a hold of the front desk at night (they simply don't answer). I walked down and asked about a shuttle to T2 that I needed at 4:45am and I was told shuttles don't start until 6am. After some arguing they did arrange their van to start for me at 4:45 but the driver told me he normally started at 5 (not 6) so this was confusing. BTW other guests took my shuttle as they also had an early flight. At 4:45am they wanted me to walk 0.15 mile behind their hotel to flag down airport run buses which wasn't going to happen, and the hotel is too close the airport to get an Uber to come. This was completely aggravating for an airport hotel that advertises it's shuttle and other reviewers have commented on this only to be told by the GM's assistant that they can't run shuttles as much as they want because of airport regulations - if you cross check other nearby hotels this is simply untrue. I did get an email from Sonja Konig Front Office Manager apologizing for their not answering the phone and reminding me they made an exception to get a driver in early. It's ridiculous they don't do this on their own or keep taxis available at minimum. Overall a VERY POOR stay and one I would not repeat. Other guests I met commented on the limited offerings in the executive lounge (for example no Sprite!) and long service times at the restaurant. I would NOT recommend this property to others and would not stay here again. Note: I did order room service and that was very good. For a hotel that is completely positioned as an airport hotel not to provide the proper transportation for early morning flights is abominable, not to mention the numerous untruths they state about things. I also just want to mention as others have that many of the programmed buttons on the phone just don't work (for example, calling room service). They clearly know this and don't want to fix it and it's disgraceful. I've had better service at a Holiday Inn!!
