The Hilton Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport is often praised for its clean and spacious environment, although some guests feel the furnishings could use an update. While opinions on the rooms vary, with some appreciating their size and views, others point to a need for modernization and improved cleanliness. The hotel's location is a hit for its easy access to transport, yet the value proposition is questioned by guests who expect more for their money. Service experiences are inconsistent, ranging from professional to indifferent. Amenities like the fitness center are generally well-regarded, but the executive lounge receives mixed reviews.

The rooms are large and very pretty, and the hotel's common areas are splendid. It appears that the rooms on the upper floors have been renovated, which is not the case for those on the lower floors. But both are still very good, and the bathroom is incredible either way.
The breakfast buffet has sufficient choice, the food and coffee are good.
As for the soundproofing of the rooms, no outside noise disturbed us (not even planes, that deserves to be noted), nor that of the rooms next door. The soundproofing with the corridor could be better however (at the same time, there is a hole under the door, so no miracle)

On the personal side, the chambermaids are somewhat... particular. There was one day when no one came to clean the room until 1800, and around 1830 we got kicked out because the maid absolutely wanted to clean the room now!
Concerning the languages spoken, my friend apparently had a lot of difficulty making himself understood in English, which is a shame for a hotel close to the airport.
Otherwise, the restaurant and reception staff are incredibly friendly.

Good hotel for the night before our transatlantic flight back to Canada. Right at the airport so no need for cabs etc. When we found numerous tiny ‘moths’ in the first room they gave us, we were promptly switched to a different room with their most sincere apologies. However the second room was wheelchair accessible so we asked once again for a switch and they accommodated. Our final room was fine and clean with a comfortable bed. As with the other Hilton hotel we stayed in while in Helsinki, the hot breakfast items were not hot and the orange juice was thin and largely water-based. I even dug to the very bottom of the scrambled egg pot to try and scoop out the hot ones, but to no avail - cold again. Other than that, lots of variety on the breakfast buffet table. Bottom line, I don’t think we will choose Hilton next time we travel to Europe.

I stay here for a night on Executive King Room. I paid the full price inc going to the Lounge and complimentary breakfast. My room was on the 8th Floor. The was no sauna or swimming pool still closed till now. The room temperature was not working very cold night and slid lights not working too. I had some paper work to do I went to the Lounge the printer ink was finished I asked the front desk if there could sort it for me there said it is hotel engineer issue. The room was cold. had Tea/coffee and water tray. There was bath tub and shower room. Large bed and large desk. I did have a good sleep. In the morning I went to Lounge for my complimentary breakfast. I was told I have to pay for it I told him I have paid for a Executive room I asked if I could see the manger. The Manager said yes I do get Complimentary Breakfast which was in the main hall not in the Lounge. The windows were very dirty could do with a window clean-up. The evening drinks and snacks were super only one staff did all.

Dear Rajesh, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the evening drinks and snacks, as well as the comfort of the Executive King Room with its large desk and our complimentary breakfast. The quality of sleep you experienced reflects the Hilton standard we strive to uphold, and we're pleased to know that these aspects of your stay were satisfying. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of a comfortable room temperature and fully functioning lights; we will look into these concerns to ensure they are an anomaly. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience regarding the printer ink in the Lounge. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain our high standards of service and facilities. We would like to clarify that the Executive Lounge does not serve breakfast; breakfast is provided in our restaurant. The Executive Lounge offers amenities at different hours, and we encourage you to verify the facilities offered by our establishment during your reservation. We also want to inform you that we do not have a swimming pool, and the sauna has not yet been launched. We have not communicated any information regarding its opening on our booking platforms. We hope we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future. Best regards, The Guest Relation Team

We stayed for one night before flying home. We arrived by train and the hotel is very easy to find from the airport station and is well signposted.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. As we were in an executive room, we used the executive lounge which had some very nice snacks in the evening, along with complimentary drinks.
We enjoyed breakfast in the morning then walked back to the airport. We used the CDGVAL to get to terminal 2. The airport is big so leave plenty of time - it took us about 25 minutes from the hotel to our gate.

CONS Free bottled water only on the first day. No free bottled water from Day 2. / The safe in the hotel room is broken. / There are a lot of large nails sticking out from the bottom of the hotel bathroom door hinge. / The noise from the cleaning people in the hallway is not blocked. / Whether it is the next room, the second room, or the room below, all morning Strange noises from both men and women are not blocked / There are small square protrusions in the bathroom bathtub that are falling off and trying to fall off / Breakfast is ordinary considering the price of 29 euros per person / Although it is not as good as Korea or Japan, the receptionist's tone sounds unfriendly and there is no smile / Even though children are running around in the lobby and making noise on the grand piano due to their poor skills, it is an absurd and messy system where no one stops them. Even if the parents are primarily responsible, locking the grand piano seems to be the answer.
PROS Rooms are spacious / Although it is close to the airport, there are many hotels located closer to the terminal than this hotel, so you don't have to worry about getting caught in the rain / For a hotel, the level of blocking external noise is good / Concierge One black person was friendly and tried to help. photo attached.

A staff under pressure is the definitive test of its professionalism and customer service. So it was today when at least 2 CDG Airport international flights were cancelled early afternoon. There will not be flights available until tomorrow. I secured a reservation on the Hilton app but it was too early to check in. When I arrived at this Hilton there were 4 lines , at least 70 people queued and 40+ in other sections of the SPACIOUS lobby areas. This is clearly a conference center, capable of handling a surge of guests. Still, these additional guests were unexpected. It was impressive they had the staff to respond. The entire front desk team was exceptional. An additional person circulated among the guests waiting in line to assure them there would be rooms, but some, understandably, were in the process of being readied. Guests were offered the option of sitting in one of the several lounge and food services areas until more rooms were ready to be assigned. I had the good fortune of being greeted by Peris who immediately noted my Diamond status and assured me he could provide an upgrade. Despite the crush of people, Peris checked me in as if it was the first of the day. He took time to review key points on the provided welcome sheet: Exec. Lounge, exercise area, etc. I rely on Hilton to provide consistent service, which they do, yet Peris seemed to thrive in the crush.
Given the relatively low points needed to stay at this hotel, my room far exceeded my expectations. Granted I had an upgrade. The room was quite spacious with quality furniture, am ample desk area and large window. The bathroom is large, immaculate and has a deep soaking tub. I noted quality appointments throughout the hotel. Review the website for all that the hotel offers. For example, the fitness area has a serene entrance way. There is a pool and shared sauna area so bring your swimwear (required).
This location would be excellent for those who are travelling to different cities other than Paris and looking for a starting point after arriving late in the day and want to shake off the jet lag before adventuring, The same for those going into the city by train. I will consider this location the first night to reduce the cost of the Day 1 disorientation, a surprising amount of walking (I am still quite spry). Arriving 3 hours in advance is a must, consider 4 hours so you have time for delayed security lines, early boarding starting 75 minutes in advance, and perhaps a bit of duty-free shopping to spend down your remaining euros.

Dear Guest, Thank you for this great review. We are truly grateful for your kind words regarding your stay at our hotel. We are delighted that you found the professionalism and service of our staff, particularly Peris, to be exemplary even during busy periods. Your appreciation for the spaciousness and comfort of our rooms, along with the quality of our furniture and design, brings us immense joy. It is great that you took notice of the meticulous attention to detail throughout our hotel, from the serene entrance to our fitness area to the quality appointments that enhance the guest experience. However, we would like to clarify that our hotel currently does not offer a pool or shared sauna facilities; we apologize for any misunderstanding in this regard. Our aim is always to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our amenities. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind regards, The Guest Relation Team

Reception a little cold during check-in but most of the other employees correspond entirely to the "Hilton" style (helpful and smiling, although we had the impression that they were short-staffed), with a special mention for Walid, who was working at the lounge on the evening of December 2.
We were surprised by the room, very standard, and with a direct view of the glass roof overlooking the entrance hall of the hotel, but we were unable to get another one, the hotel being practically full, we were unable to get another room. one says.
Note on this subject that soaps, shower gels etc. are distributed by large tubes attached to the wall: no toothpaste, no "sewing kit", no notebook or ballpoint pen, none of that, if that. is not a (unique) “shower cap”.
You also have to power the minibar yourself.
The bed and the bathroom were, however, perfectly adequate.
The "meals" at the executive lounge were extremely disappointing, compared to our experience in other hotels in the same chain (a few small sandwiches or wraps, just ok, a few raw vegetables and only "main course" hot, fried squid on the first evening (without any garnish or accompaniment) and fried onions, presented in the form of fried squid on the second evening).
So, there are “snacks” and “snacks” and there is “executive lounge” and “executive lounge”…
Next time, before booking an executive room, we will ask for details on the type of food available in the lounge.
Also note that the hotel swimming pool has been out of service, apparently for a long time, and that there is no longer a sauna either. However, it should be noted that we were misled not by the hotel website, but by "google" photos and we should therefore have been more attentive. In any case, no need to take your swimsuit, then.
Breakfast was not served in the lounge but in the hotel restaurant; it was OK at most, that is to say, in our opinion, well below the usual quality standards for a Hilton hotel.
One last point for people afraid of rodents: the journey on foot, once night falls, between the station, barely 200 m away, and the hotel, reveals a strong presence of rats on the side of the 'hotel.

We stayed overnight at Hilton CDG. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom that included a separate shower, soaking tub, and toiletries by Crabtree and Evelyn. I like that the hotel provided a discrete clothesline above the soaking tub. The towels were thick and plush.

There was a closet with lots of hangers, ironing board, and shelves. Our room had a mini fridge, safe, coffee maker, and two complimentary bottled water.

We opted out of the $25 per person breakfast buffet as we were checking out early the following day.

I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Paris. In fact, one can stay here to visit Paris and nearby cities, take the RER, and spend a full day in Paris, then relax comfortably at the end of the day.

Front desk and restaurant staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Would stay here again!

This was my first trip back to Paris since the pandemic. December 13 – 24, 2023. The CDG Hilton is a great hotel to stay at while visiting Paris. I have spent a total of 24 nights at the CDG Hilton in my past three stays.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. From the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and breakfast staff. My son said the restaurant made the best hamburger he ever had. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I ever had. Overall this was the best Hilton Hotel I have stayed at. Everything exceeded Hilton standards. The hotel was extremely clean. The housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. I was surprised that they cleaned the room everyday.

The Hotel is easy to get to from the Airport. Take CDGVAL to the train station and walk 100yds and you are at the Hotel. The Hotel is very close to the Airport and you can watch planes land and take off. The windows and wall are soundproof you cannot hear the planes. In the mornings take the RER B train into Paris.

I plan on returning to Paris in December of 2024. I will definitely will be staying at the CDG Hilton.
