Thank you Darlene for making our stay so comfortable. We loved the home cooked food, delicious, it was such a relaxing and fuss free stay. Camp rooms were inviting and comfortable, love the games to play and chilling on the couches reading and falling asleep mid afternoon. Lovely to be in such beautiful rainforest surroundings and listening to natures music.... More

What a wonderful find. Accommodation/Eatery in the middle of a rainforest. Nestled among majestic trees and accompanied by the soundtrack of the forest. Huge marquee-like canvas roof covering many large log tables and seats. Home cooked dinner and dessert all for $20. And happy hour at the bar. We didn't stay there as we already had accommodation elsewhere. Comes under... More

I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful....especially the lovely Darlene. The place itself is awesome, right in the midst of the rainforest. I had a 4 bed dorm all to myself. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Just loved that I could sit on the deck of the dorm... More

We (family with two kids, parents and granny) stayed in a b&b close by, but went to Crocodylus for dinner three times, as it tasted great, had a nice selection and are very kid friendly. They have books and toys for the little ones. The prices are very reasonable and the same for every dish and come in kids and... More

This is rather "advanced camping" not a hotel! There are a handful of solid tents with wooden floors in the middle of the jungle. You hear every sound the wildlife makes at night, which is the greates charm of it all. The tent had a high celing, so this tent never feels claustrofobic. As a family of 6 we had... More

We found the place to be quite nice. Pool could do with a clean though. Good location which is close to the beautiful Cow bay and day trips to the rest of Cape Tribulation. Self catering kitchen facilities were good.

The park's location is amazing. You really sleep in the middle of the rain forest. Waking up to the sounds of all these different birds. Once there was even a Cassowary walking through the park. The facilities are basic but alright. The pool doesn't look appealing and I doubt if anyone swims there at all but they say it's clean,... More

Beautifully located! Stayed in theJungle Double cabins. Steve was an awesome host. Always time for a good chat and advice on things to do. Located close to the beach at Cow Bay and a croc-safe swimming hole! BBQ dinner on Sunday is a big draw. Stayed here for 4 days - not enough.

A great place to stay hidden amongst the trees in a permanent tent. Short drive to quiet Cow Bay at the end of the road. Watch out for falling trees in the wet/rainy times. Great BBQ dinner with plenty of variety to go back for seconds. Make sure you try the icecream place on the corner. Best choice is Rainforest... More

Loved every minute we stayed here - accommodation is basic but beds are very clean and comfy. Steve, the Manager, was so welcoming and helpful and is a first class host and he also makes great coffee in the mornings.. You are in the middle of a rain forest and so are surrounded by the most amazing plant and wildlife.... More
