I am lucky to travel a lot and usually very satisfied with the chosen hotel servicies provided. i like beautiful places and ready to pay for the quality. and its very rare when smth like this happens to me. I just want to inform you people that this can happen in this hotel. hope you will have a different experience. i arrived 25 min before check in ( officially in 14.00), and they said i have to wait even though the room was available. this one - i can understand because of covid sanitizing and cleaning the space after the previous clients. But what was going on later - is out of logic and hospitality service even in a 3 star hotel - not talking about "So-called 5 star" Casale. on arrival to my room i realized that it was completely different from the one i booked and i would pay the same price for the lower category. I booked on their official website the Superior Suite Lounge (Loutraki) - the exact name in the exact guesthouse Loutraki -That was also written in the confirmation e-mail. On spot i was in Heliako. The difference between them is enormous. I asked the cabby to bring me back to the reception, i showed them my e-mail confirmation and said that probably they made a mistake. but Ladies on reception replied that despite what is written in the confirmation they can give me any suite in any house available (as i didnt call them in advance to say that i needed this one exactly)/ so i had no choice but to come back to the one they gave me, as all other suites were occupied. How its possibple - that they confirm the Superior Suite Lounge (Loutraki) and give you Heliako, and tell you "it doesnt matter what is written in teh confirmation"!! i was super disappointed, and confused. I decided to visit Casale because i wanted to choose venue for an event - private and corporate, and i could not imagine that 5 star hotel will disinform clients (there wasnt even a small note on their website that that could happen and that this particular room you choose - is not garanteed). If it wouldnt be Sunday afternoon and 2 hours road back to Limassol (in the dark), i would take my luggage and leave the hotel immediately, as i strongly disliked the room and didnt want to stay there with such service and very unhelpful and arrogant (what i feel) personal. with no choice, i came back to the room, went to the bathroom and realized that the toilet was not cleaned after previous guests (not bathroom, but TOILET!)((((( Coffee mashine was broken, and i could not reach reception by telephone for 15 minutes to ask to send smbd to clean everything. After finally they called me back and send people, my mood was completely distroyed and i had to cancel prebooked spa. all i could do - to have fast dinner and go to sleep, at 8 in the morning i quickly left the hotel not wanna staying there any minute more. p/s on the check out they gave me a discount 28 EUR from the price of the room. even this was presented with the feeling "take this discount and be happy". Well, i was really happy to leave the place.

Hotel's Favorite
Nestled in a picturesque, typical village, everything about this place is delightful. It was a respite from a busy city, with beautiful views, charming decor, comfortable bed, dark and quiet sleeping, excellent, friendly staff, great restaurants, delicious breakfast and an amazing spa with everything you could want plus a snow room! I highly recommend this getaway!

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel is gorgeous, incredible rooms (we stayed in Junior Suite - well worth the extra cost), very helpful staff. The hikes were great, spa was wonderful (although v expensive treatments compared to rest of place), the food was delicious - wonderful staff (especially sommelier Marius) at restaurant. A word of warning - the parking is over the bridge a little way from hotel - drop bags off at hotel first and then navigate the one way system back to parking. We did not realise it was one way (no signage that we saw to let you know this) and dented a panel of the car on a curb. Overall incredible stay though - highly recommended.

We've stayed two nights, three days. I've booked the most expensive suite. The room was big enough and comfortable, the view and the location of the hotel are good. The points that they need to fix: 1) The draining smells, it's cold, we sleep with closed windows, and there is a smell in the room. This is due to the door in the bathroom is from glass and it doesn't close. I don't know if this can be fixed. 2) Our room was at the top, nobody helped me to take my bags there upon arrival, neither asked me if I need help to get it back upon departure. I was tired from my road trip from Paphos and I came to relax, you shouldn't t let the guest take the bags upward the mountain. 3) We've arrived around 4 pm and I wanted to drink an espresso. The espresso machine had a problem and didn't work, I; I called reception and their answer was that there is no maintenance in the hotel right now and that they will send the maintenance tomorrow. The receptionist showed little interest in my problem. Finally, I realized that somebody put the espresso capsule the wrong way and it was tucked, it took my 20 minutes to get it out. Why couldn't you've just changed my espresso machine, take one from an empty room until it gets fixed? 4) They replaced the espresso capsuled with only decaffeinate capsules, no normal capsuled. 5) They didn't refill the drinks in mini-bar 6) At the second day when we get to our room tired the card didn't open the door, I had to look for their phone online, called them and told them the problem, the receptionist came quickly and gave me a new card. "I've was expected at least a sorry for the inconvenience, but no sorry. 7) The guys in the restaurant always run, they have 5 tables and 3 waiters and they run, in a proper restaurant with such prices waiters should never run. You try to relax and eat dinner and the waiters run near you. In general service in the restaurant was good and quick. My wife ordered octopus and didn't eat it, it smelled the way like it was cooked on a grill or pan with old oil. 8) I had 2 days free spa access, the lady at the spa told me that they called me 3 times to arrange an appointment, she told me it the way like it was my fault, I never had a miss call on my phone from them. Maybe they called to my room, but I was no there. I did try to call the SPA 3 times from my room to book another appointment, they never answered the phone and never called me back. We got disappointed with the situation and didn't visit the SPA. My opinion is that they can't provide an adequate service to a demandable customer. For 230 euro per night, in this place, I was expected more. I usually don't leave reviews, I spend 20 minutes of my precious time to write this only because I'd like them to improve.

Nice hotel with rooms located in various areas of the village. My room was not in the main area, I had to ealjand use the lift (cca 10 mins). As the village is built in a steep hill, some rooms have restricted views. The spa is amazing with great views into green, the snow room is very special. Spa treatments on the UK price level!
