Price range should be much lower.The quality of the services is way too low compared to the price. Wellness area acceptable for what it is. Food was really good, but the staff wasn't properly educated on how to behave in an exclusive Hotel. I can see that during Covid the quality staff has been removed, or only quit by themself and they have been replaced with students or low experienced people. I don't think anyone should choose this Hotel over the competition at this price.

This is an excellent hotel, but annoying in a way as it could very easily be near perfect and deserving of five stars. The service is good, no problems there. The room was nice and clean, but very dark even with all the lights on, but no big deal there. The included buffet breakfast and dinner were just "good". There was nothing wrong with them, but felt like what you'd expect at a pub rather than a high end hotel. Then finally the spa/wellness facilities. They were outstanding, and alone would have gotten this place a five star rating... But they close at 8pm!!! I couldn't believe that. At a hotel intended for adults (no kids under 14 allowed), where literally every person I saw were couples there together, closing at 8pm is inexcusable. It means you can't enjoy going out for a full day and then relax after. The poolside bar even closes at 7pm! So, it is a good hotel, with an outstanding wellness center, but they make enough mistakes to lower it from 5 to 4 stars.…

Nagyon örülünk, hogy ellátogattak szállodánkba és annak is, hogy szállodánkat kiválóra értékelték. Sajnálattal olvastuk éttermi fogásainkra vonatkozó észrevételét, amelyet séfünknek továbbítottunk. Továbbá azt is, hogy a wellness részlegünk reggel 8 órától este 8 óráig tartó nyitvatartási idejét rövidnek találták, azonban annak szívből örülünk, hogy a wellness részlegünk szolgáltatásai teljesen lenyűgözték Önöket. We go there almost yearly since 2008. We love the environment, the design, the food is very good day by day, but what makes them better than other hotels is the staff. They really want your stay to be the best as possible.

We booked a trip to the hotel for late December for which we had to pay reservation fee - that was said to be refunded upon cancellation. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip and since the beginning of December I have asked the hotel several times to reimburse the reservation fee, however I have still not received it yet.

Hotel services are good but the rooms are nothing special with depressing colours. We have 3 rooms with friends, all of them were similar. Wellness and food is very good, but in the restaurant the food smell is too strong. I could smell it in our clothes for days.

Everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday: wonderful hotel, very kind staff, delicious food and the wellness is super, Moroccan feeling. Rooms are very cozy and has a unique atmosphere. We loved it.

We spent a week in Shiraz and it was amazing. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The room is cozy. And the wellness section is wonderful. I'm sure we gonna go back here, and try Bambara as well. 💙

A testvérszálloda/Bambara/ után abszolút csalódás.Sokkal többet vártunk.A felszolgálók életuntak,sokszor úgy kellett levadászni őket,ha szerettünk volna valamit.Az ételek elég egyhangúak.A wellness rész tényleg nagy,viszont a hydro részekért szinte harcot kell vívni.Maradunk a Bambaranál! Absolutely disappointed after the Bambara Brotherhood. We waited a lot more. The waiters were tired, they often had to hunt them down if we wanted something. The food is quite monotonous. We stay at Bambara!

We also showed our granddaughter this wonderful place. As before, the standards is still high and services are excellent. Fabulous tranquility and relaxation. Special mention should be made of the kindness, courtesy and willingness of the staff. All in all, we think it is one of the best hotels.

Rude staff... When credit card machine did not work, staff was threatening and unprofessional despite immediately offering to pay in cash... Service charge of 12% higher than most other places in Hungary... Too high for the poor quality of service
