Can't understand a previous writers complaints, maybe it is'nt the best b/b weve been to but the room was spotless, the toilet was more than adequate...and my wife is disabled, yet had no problems with the shower. The food was excellent and Mrs. Gray was extremely helpful and friendly, despite the fact that her husband was in hospital. The photos...

Mrs Gray is very friendliy, the breakfast was great with a wide choice! The room was very clean and comfortable. The village is beautiful and very quiet - without any noise. The pubs nearby in Linlithgow are fantastic, especially the "Four Marys".

We had a lovely stay in Broompark B&B. Mrs Gray was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great - with lots of choice! Mrs Gray recommend local resturants for dinner, and we expecially liked The Park Bistro.

We've been staying at two other B&B, which both had a 3 star rating, and Broompark B&B was without a doubt the worst we've tried! The shower was broken and the bathroom was really cold. Our room was very small and had a lot of stuff crammed in to it, standing so close, that most of it was actually unusable...
