This is a very cheap hotel were I spent one night due to some problems with my car. Room was clean but bathroom was having a very bad smell and was not so clean. Breakfast is with very cheap food and just a few options. For an extra bad coffee I had to pay 1 Euro. No drinks included. I do not recommend this hotel!

When our group arrived no one offered to help with luggage or check us in. Actually no one at the reception spoke English. When traveling to foreign countries I do not expect everybody to speak a language I understand. But if you work in a hotel and see guests struggling with luggage I would expect the staff to recognize the problem and help. Two staff members just stood there and did not move. Not until a manager showed up did we get help with luggage and the check-in. Our room smelled like stale cigaret smoke. We opened the windows to the street below and got a good dose of exhaust fumes instead. The room was adequate and the beds and reading light good. The bathroom was new and very functional. Everything was clean. Breakfast was a sorry affair with few choices and the usual tasteless bread that is served in most hotels throughout the country. The staff was somewhat clueless and not service minded.

First thoughts on arrival were that the place looked pretty good. There was free parking at the side of the hotel and the lobby looked clean and fairly modern. That was where the positive experience ended. I don't know if they are underpaying the staff here, but that would account for the attitude of the guy behind the counter, who while he spoke English which was helpful, seemed bored and uninterested to the point of rudeness. First impressions of the room were that it was spacious and comfortable. However, soon found out that once turned on the shower would not turn off and was leaking from behind the taps. We were on our way out to eat and were told a plumber would be called to sort it while we were out or our room would be changed. When we came back the reception staff had changed and had obviously not been told about the problem. Finding out that the repairs had not been carried out we managed to change rooms but there was no apology and we had to repack and relocate. At breakfast we waited to be shown to a table but were totally ignored by the waiter so took a seat and waited. After some time he finally acknowledged that we were there and gave us our menus. The food was mediocre and when my partner asked if she could have another hot drink was told she would have to pay extra. Would not stay again and would not recommend to others.
