The hotel is located in the mountains by River Kwai. It is a perfect place to retreat from a busy life in the city. However, there are a few activities to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The bagalow-style rooms are surrounded with lush green garden and trees. The room is clean, large and well-appointed. The resort has integrated natural materials found in the local to decorate the rooms and other buildings around the resort. There are 2 swimming pools at this resort. One is located right in front of the lobby. The other is located further up by the spa. The later are much quieter, perfect for those who seeking for a place to rewind. Pools are not the reason we chose this resort. Who cares about the pool when you have the River Kwai right in front of the resort. "Water drifting" costed additional fees but worth every penny. The boat took us up the river and dropped us into the river. Then, we floated downstream to the resort. Other activities include strolling in the palm garden, mountain biking, walking to a nearby Lawa Cave, just to name a few. The resort overall is well-maintained and well-kept. What more important is the staff. They are local people with good knowledge of the hidden gems in the area. Above all other things they have a genuine service-mind. Of course, this review isn't complete without a few complaints. While the inclusive set dinner was good the breafast buffet was sub-par. It wasn't awful but hey could have done a better job. The other complaint is the noise from the (resort) shuttle boats only jeopardizes the peace of this resort.…
I was there in one night. The reception and staff have the excellent service mind. For the atmosphere around the accommodation, I think it is okay. There are many beautiful flowers. But the accommodation is a bit tight next to each other. I think if the accommodation is on the river side, it would be better.
I'm surely that this is the most beautiful resort in this city. The resort can access by hotel's shuttle boat or you can drive a car direct there. All the staff was done a very great job and some staff is a local people, that means the hotel not even run a bussiness but they gave a career and care to local people also. I give 5 star for a cleanliness! I was so surprised that everything is so clean even a shuttle boat.
The hotel's service and environment are good and beautiful, close to mountain and kwai river. However, it is located faraway from city center which is a little bit inconvenient for us(especially at night).
If you’re looking for peaceful and relaxing stay with your family, this is the perfect fit for you. I was amazed by the beautiful natural greenery around the area but a bit disappointed on poor massage service
