The wing we were sent to was old, smelly and sticky. There was a lot of noice of an activity nearby in the early night. We had to change to another wing (newer one) before midnight. To reach the first wing we had to take a lot of stairs. Outside in the garden and the 3 pools the atmosphere was... More

Very peaceful place, surrounding with river and forest, you can feel the fresh breeze especially wake up on morning. Room is big and clean but breakfast just so so.If u stay here remember must try the rock valley hot spring & fish spa nearby the hotel, it's a place u can try out different types of hot spring.

From the moment we opened our hotel room door things started to go down hill. The smell in our room was unhealthy and not fresh. Old furniture and not clean. The TV is now classified as an antique. The restaurant staff are useless when ordering, they brought me the wrong order of food. They were unsure of the menu. The... More

A modern resort type of hotel with lovely rooms, pools, dining facilities etc. As nearly always in Thailand it is staffed by efficient caring staff. We had dinner at the buffet which was better than most. There was a great selection of freshly cooked Thai, Chinese and Western foods. Try the rice with French fries! Just joking. It is ideally... This hotel is typical for many facilities in Thailand. When first opened, it may have been impressive but there has been very little or very poorly performed maintenance in many years. We stayed in two raft rooms. The rooms were ridiculously old fashion and in poor condition. One room was missing a telephone. The deck had rotted over the years... More

This hotel has some very bad reviews but we stayed here for 2 nights in the river raft rooms whilst we went around sightseeing. We found them quirky and quite colonial in style. They were clean and beautiful views of the river. We ate a la carte which was fine apart from the burgers. Staff were all very helpful. There... More

It is a nice Hotel but it had his heydays. Food is very basic. There is also a buffet available but it is mostly for tourist groups which stay overnight. Nice and friendly staff. It does look like that the owners of the hotel are planning to open another tract of the hotel complex. We have been to the Erawan... More
