We had an absolutely wonderful few days in Khao Sok whilst staying in a tree house here. I would thoroughly recommend this resort for any type of stay as the lovely family and team running the place are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. They helped organise...More
Great location and nice staff. Bungalow stay was fine for two nights. Food was good at the restaurant and the prices were similar to those in the village. If you arrive via bus or minivan, you can call their phone number which is listed on...More
The baan Khao Sok Resort is a wonderful place with lovely and caring owner. The garden is a highlight.

I think its a good place for solo travelers, but it is very quiet and secluded. There were other people at the place but we never really saw them unless they were eating at the resort's restaurant. If you do the overnight lake tour, then you're bound to meet some people. We met a ton of people on that tour. I can't remember exactly how much the transfer was, but it wasn't cheap if that's what you were looking for.
