Here as part of a group tour, and really enjoyed the trip to market and temple visit which was included. Obviously, the facility had invested heavily in equipment for group "cooking classes" that were offered and they were way more elaborate than needed, and perhaps unsafe from the standpoint of food safety. Grounds were nice. Meals were simple but tasty....

We only spent one night here but it was wonderful. The lodge is set in beautiful grounds with a variety of trees, flowers, fruit and vegetables growing around. We did the cookery class which was great fun and we produced excellent food under the guidance of our teacher. We also had a herbal steam bath and an early morning bike...

The lodge consists of a collection of Thai teak wooden houses. The accomodations were quite comfortable. The grounds contain plants from the nearby forests that are being cultivated in order to preserve the species. There is also a rice museum where our host explained about all the many varieties of rice and how the rice industry is impacting the local...

This traditional resort is located on a back road of Phrao. It is totally quiet and isolated. The ground is wide with a lot of vegetation. The rooms are located around a central court accessible after climbing few stairs. The design is very appealing and the visual effect fantastic. There is an open lounge area where guests can meet and...

We stayed at the Khum Lanna to learn some traditional Thai recipes. The accommodation is lovely and the surroundings serene. It was great fun learning six traditional Thai dishes and we came away with our own little recipe book and looking forward to cooking for our friends. The Thai massage with Herbal compresses were divine and the 5.30am wake up...

Food is just perfect. If you love Thai food, this is the place. There are bicycles available for strolling and a couple temples worth visiting. One of...

The lodge are into rice fields, everything is made wood, little dark with small bathroom. We enjoyed cooking course, with the thai massage, with the bike visiting the small village with their small food market. All activities are recommended. Dark night if there are no moon or there are cloudy, you can hear clearly (near to you) to sing the...
