We stayed here twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of a ten day family cycling trip to the Chiang Mai area. Frank and Mam have worked hard to create an amazing place to stay, particularly (but by no means only for cyclists). The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. The garden and terrace areas are beatifully set out, with bicycle-themed adornments. The food (pizza and pasta dishes inspired by Frank's original home in Italian-speaking Switzerland) was also top-notch and good value. Put simply, Swiss Ticino Guesthouse is an outstanding place to stay, whether you're a cyclist or not, and you'll find Frank and Mam will go out of their way to gelp you in any way they can.

The best managed small guest house in Thailand. Try the food and take a look around the grounds. The rooms have everything you need. There is even a kitchen in the garden if you want to cook yourself. Bicycle tours including equipment.

Interesting to find in the middle of Mae wang trunk road, sudden found a Swiss guesthouse - restaurant, decorated with bicycle - garden theme. Very friendly owner. Rooms available from room to bungalow to let. Restaurant confined to western cuisine only. Today ordered pizza - signature Swiss Ticino, Funghi & Hawaiian.

Well, what can I say about Frank & Ma, not only did they feed me with wonderful food, frank also drove me to the hospital and translated with the doctors after I had motorbike accident. Where in the world would you get service like that? What a beautiful and peaceful place with lovely manicured gardens. Highly recommended for a great pit stop during your journey through Mae Wang. Thanks Frank & Ma, I'll definitely be seeing you again on my next journey through this wonderful village you call home.
