Im stay for concert at Impact. Staff at frontdesk was helpful. I arrive at midnight. Hotel have staff 24hrs. And staff are friendly and very kind. Breakfast are okey my room not included breakfast. So i pay for my breakfast the price was ok Swimming pool not big .gym are good i will come back again

The hotels provide leisure and hygiene room with convenience when access to food/groceries/shopping with walking distance to Central Plaza. Great swimming pool located at 7th floor & gym with a festinating view while exercise at 7th floor. Tremendous hospitality provided by the staff

If you want to do something important in Bangkok, Best Western Wanda Hotel is a good place to stay. From April 3 to 23, I spent 20 days in there. Within 300 meters, there is a big 8-floor mall where you can find all kinds of food, clothes, living items, mobile phone, banks, ATM machines. The hotel locates at North of Bangkok but it is quite convenient to visit downtown thru the high way. No traffic issue. Also, the hotel is quite close to Immigration deparment. People in the hotel are very nice and helpful with quick response. You can use the hotel as strategic place for your travel plan. I will definitely use the service again.

Hotel is new and the rooms are well appointed. The staff were attentive and helpful in all of my requests. The breakfast was good without being amazing and the chefs were great a making an omelet. There are a few side streets to explore near the hotel where you can find some eateries and bars.

The hotel is close to important places such as Muang Thong Thani, Thai Government Center. But on Chaengwattana Road, cars are often stuck by traffic. If wanting to travel around, please prepare to travel earlier. For room amenities, have complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water for each room. In bath room the water is heated quickly and flows strongly. But be careful, the bathroom floor is quite slippery. Not recommended for the elderly and young children. The bed was hard, the pillows wrinkled and low. For those who like to sleep on high pillows, have to stack many pillows The breakfast restuarant is not varied, the taste is normal. For people who come to work or rush in the morning, it is still good to have breakfast before going to work.

It was my first time in Bangkok and this hotel did not disappoint. The service is absolutely excellent. If I could give more than 5 stars in this review I would. Friendly staff, very professional, clean rooms, cold air conditioning unit in the room, housekeeping is very good, always gives that extra added plus. Breakfast has a great choice of food. Should I find myself flying back to bangkok again in the future, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The elevator fell from 15th floor to 12th 😵😵😵with ourselves and young family inside. Staff were very complacent on the incident, as if it’s a regular occurrence. They gave us a piece of cake to compensate 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️FFS !!! Who trained these guys ? Not good
