Me and my family booked the pods and stayed for two nights. Both pods were clean and cosy. I ordered the bedding package which I recommend! It was raining most of the time but did not stop us from enjoying our stay, we had bbq and little bonfire, we brought our own firepit but you can order one from the site with a fee. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. We went for a walk to see the lake/Wiremill Inn, the staff helped us how to get there in about 10 minutes walk it was a lovely walk there is a farm and horses on the way. Also walked thru the briddle path we saw streams, bridges etc. The toilets and washing up facilities are clean, the floors got muddy due to non stop rain but the staff clean it regularly. There are bins for recycling and general waste. Drinking water is also available. Thank you to everyone, we cannot wait to go back in spring/summer!

Stayed for 3 nights in lovely clean and warm pods. Very roomy for 4 of us and our dog. Fantastic walks. Toilets and 12 minute showers were great and hot water all the time. It was very quiet when we went. Open fires in the fire pit every night. Would def recommend and will go back. Thank you to all the team who work there!

My boyfriend and I took our dog on his first glamping trip and we had such a lovely time! We booked the cedar hut and the bed was so comfy and the quilt so warm which was very welcomed due to the rainy weather! Check in was super easy, everything was laid out nice and clear for our stay. We went on big walks, saw some horses, a stream and found a cute pub in the eve for a cosy dinner! The trip was very intimate and so nice to get out of London but not have to travel far. Next time we’ll come in the summer and rent the fire pit it looked so cute!

Thanks to Hayley’s help when booking, we had the perfect pitches for our needs: one hook-up for camper van, adjacent pitch with no hook-up for tent. Facilities were cleaned regularly. Plenty of space in Hayfield. Even the dog had a wonderful stay!
