Went for Wedding in November 2020. The AC in room was not cooling and fan was making noise. We slept horribly both nights. We notified front desk each day and they attempted to fix. Unfortunately hotel was sold out and no other rooms available. At check out the hotel comped both nights. Things happen and we understand that. But the staff handled this issue with professionalism and ease. Toni, Brooke and Melanie (maybe Melinda) at front desk were great. Very apologetic. The food was great and hotel is charming. We will be back. What is important is that hotel addressed our issue and made things right.

From beginning to end, we were treated like royalty. The room was impeccable, cleaned daily along with nightly turndown service. The complementary stocked fridge was definitely a plus. Wendy helped me with airport transportation as well as a listing of restaurants to try. She even had a bottle of champagne sent to our room. Kevin assisted me with a beach bonfire contact and a surprise dinner at the Havana with breathtaking views. I’m a Pearl girl for life!

We spent a few days here and enjoyed the hotel and the beach. The hotel staff was outstanding and provided assistance as needed. Housekeeping came twice a day with towels, water, etc. The beach was nice with wooden chairs and umbrellas. Water was clear and calm both days. Due to Covid-19 they are doing limited housekeeping which is understandable but it would have been nice to have clean sheets at least once during our stay. Otherwise it was great!

Dear EJtraveler558: Thank you so much for your recent stay with us, and for taking a moment to give such a nice review of your experience! It's always great to hear that our staff was outstanding during your visit, and that you enjoyed our amenities, and the clear waters of the Gulf. As you noted, we are trying to limit in-room contact between guests and staff in order to keep everyone as safe as possible, but please don't ever hesitate to request any housekeeping services that you may wish to have done; we are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Thank you again for being our guest at The Pearl, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future! With regards, David Merryman The Pearl Hotel

My wife and I just enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the Pearl as our first visit and couldn't have been more pleased about the stay. We have eaten there before and always wanted to enjoy a stay but did have a few small concerns ahead of this trip due to some of the recent reviews. Let me calm your nerves if you're considering a visit and assure you that it's well worth the trip and you will thoroughly enjoy your time. I believe some of the early Covid feedback may have been a result of the hotel having to adjust to new requirements and guidelines but those have all been worked out. The staff was excellent and the service was exactly as you'd expect to this caliber of a hotel. The grounds were lovely and the view from our room was outstanding. We actually could see the ocean and the balcony was beautiful each morning for coffee over the pool. We had multiple meals at the pool and in the room and they were fantastic as were every single drink we tried. Nothing disappointed. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary and some pimento cheese which was some of the best we've ever had! The beach is so easy to access and chairs were plentiful. If you want the first row, go early. However, we went around 10 or 11 each day and easily grabbed a middle row which gives a perfect ocean view due to the spacing of chairs. Each afternoon we'd enjoy the pool and while it's hot due to how warm Floriday remains, the vibe, music and seating arrangements were perfectly fine. The service was top notch and having drink/food service at the pool was a major benefit to lounging. We also enjoyed the scents that must have been pushed in from vents or machines in most of the corridors and hallways as well as the hotel entrance. Similar to a Westin, it gave a pleasant and welcoming vibe. There are a few things that could be updated or cleaned up like some scuffs or dings to furniture. We noticed our balcony had some rips in the cover but these were minor and didn't impact us in any way nor did we have any concern with them. Make note of the $45 resort fee that comes with your stay each day as it does cover amenities like the beach chairs, stocked bar with soft drinks/juice, etc. Considering how easy it was to get chairs on the beach easily pays for the $45 as you pay that much or more traditionally on the beach in FL, notwithstanding having to go down early just to get a decent spot, which is not required at the Pearl. One request would be a gym closer to the hotel. There are several options, but all require traveling other than one that's an additional cost. It would be nice to have one in close walking distance that's included but the hotel is definitely too small for one on sight. My suggestion would be a partnership with the nearby gym for guest access as I missed an easy access to workout facilities each day. Overall, it was perfect. We cannot wait to visit again and this doesn't even take into account all the amazing restaurants nearby, bikes, easy-going attitude with everyone, and so much more that is a perfect compliment in Rosemary Beach. We will be back and if you're still thinking about booking, go ahead and make the call. It's well worth it and you won't be sorry!

Words cannot express how perfect (or pearl-fect) our trip to Rosemary Beach was. The Pearl exceeded all expectations, and we were truly sad to leave this beautiful slice of heaven and the new friends we made. We love visiting new places, and one of our From the moment we arrived, we felt so special and pampered. Cameron was our bellman, and he was so kind and welcoming! Holly checked us in (which was a breeze), and made me feel so special and excited about being there for my birthday. Juan Carlos, with housekeeping was SOOO kind and friendly! We met him when we first went to our room, and we were just thrilled to making so many friendly connections at the beginning of our trip. The room: beautiful gulf view with a comfortable balcony. It was just perfect! Beach: DREAMY!!!!!! The sand and water were just amazing. And the beach attendant, Austin, became our buddy and we just love him. Always so helpful and attentive. Greg, his boss, was awesome as well. The pool: we loved the pool, and Snazzy did a WONDERFUL job!!!! Oh my gosh, we just loved her positive energy and sweet spirit. Made it very fun and special. Havana rooftop: A FAVORITE SPOT!!!! The A.B.L.T was incredible. And even better than the food were the people!!!! Major, major shoutout to Christian- a world-class man in the service industry. Christian was always going above and beyond to make sure we were having a wonderful time. And sweet Jyl, oh we love you!!! Jyl was outstanding!! Jyl is an extremely hard worker, and so kind and genuine. Also, Victoria helped make my birthday feel very special. Also, Kayly was amazing!! We just loved being with you all. Everyone was OUTSTANDING, and honestly made our trip that much more special. We also took advantage of the complimentary bikes. We enjoyed our 12 mile bike ride towards Seaside! I could honestly go on and on. This was out favorite trip yet (and we have been blessed to go to Jade Mountain in St. Lucia)! So that says something. :). Totally world class. We wait to come back, see our friends, and enjoy all that Rosemary Beach has to offer!!!
