We were on our way to Holmfirth by bus, and wanted a coffee en route. My friend had spotted 'Corn Loft House' from the bus on previous journeys, and had always wanted to try it, so we'd been here once before, and decided to stop off here again before resuming our journey to Holmfirth. Despite the fact that it was... More

This was our fourth stay at this lovely little B&B, and won't be our last. Trevor and Kath are really lovely, helpful hosts and make you feel like you are friends of the family. We usually have room 1 which is one of the four poster rooms. everything is spotless with complimentary toiletries and drink making facilities. The whole place... More

My wife and I stayed here for a night whilst meeting up with friends in the area. Fantastic little b&b run by lovely people. Lovely clean room, slept like a baby and delicious generous breakfast all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely return

This is very much a traditional style B & B. Proprietors, including the lovely lurcher Maisy, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast well cooked and plentiful, with as much coffee as you can drink served by Trev, a great character! Our room was warm, with an ensuite toilet and shower (very good with lots of hot water) - the only drawback... More

Such a warm and friendly reception at Corn Loft from Trevor, Kath and Maisey the dog. Very comfortable bed in the spotless en-suite bedroom. Substantial tasty full breakfast to set you up for the day. Plenty of roadside parking. A most enjoyable stay.

The couple who own it couldn't have done more to make us welcome and comfortable. My husband has mobility difficulties, but Cath and Trevor took it al in their stride. Nothing was any trouble to them. Rooms were lovely and spotless and the breakfast excellent. There... More

Lovely house full of antiques.Friendly hosts and dog! A little up dating maybe here and there but mostly very good. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable-only downside too many cheap teddy bear ornaments for my taste(about 18!!) taking up the space I'd like to have put my stuff-and at odds with the rest of the house!! 2 or 3... This is the nicest place you will ever stay. The couple that run it, Trevor and Kath really make you feel so welcome. The beds are extremely comfortable and you get all the normal facilities you would get in a faceless hotel, like the tea and coffee. But here you get the personal touch. We stayed in room 1, the...
