I stayed here with my husband and sister in law .We had 2 rooms downstairs They were very comfortable and had all one would need. The views from the back window was lovely ,over the garden which has a large pond covered with waterlilies. Access via our own backdoor was very convenient and you can easily walk into knowlton for... More

We had a great time at the Ancestral Knowlton B&B! My boyfriend and I stayed there for a weekend while skiing at Jay Peak. Genevieve was a very sweet host and a VERY good cook. We enjoyed the best french toast either of us have ever had. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi with the great view. I... More

My wife, daughter and I wanted to spend the weekend in Knowlton for the Tour du Lac Brome running races. The B&B is ideally located within walking distance of the races and downtown Knowlton. Our stay was graciously hosted by Genevieve who provided a very comfortable room for 3 with separate ground floor entrance and then booked our reservation for... More

Great place to stay with very nice owners. At the beginning the wine route where I was heading. The B&B was really quiet and the room had a door leading outside to the backyard where you had access to a small pond.

We stayed at the B&B for 2 days, nice place. But in the town of Knowlton.....nothing to do, their is a lot of restaurants and boutiques that left, all you see is empty building, with signs of for RENT or SALE. We came 2 years ago and what a difference. IF you want a place to relax and see nothing... More

Fascinating house: ask to the owners the history of the house. there are only five lovely furnished rooms, each different. Great and rich breakfast. Free parking. Few minute walking by lake and city centre.

We stayed with Genevieve and her family in their beautiful B&B. they welcomed us right away very heartly, provided with the room and info where to have a nice dinner with duck specialities and even gave us a 10% voucher for that restaurant. The room was clean, neat and cosy decoroated. We could come and go as we liked, we... More

I stayed here for 4 nights over New Years and what a wonderful experience I had. The rooms are private, beautifully decorated, inviting and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and a pleasant variety each morning; from homemade croissants and cranberry scones, to fresh cut fruit salads, and eggs & bacon. Genevieve & Michel are friendly and extremely accommodating. I would highly... More

I give this B&B 3 stars mainly because of the unbearable noise level in the morning. The hosts are new owners who did their best to make us feel at home, and their friendliness was appreciated. However, our bedroom, which was the more expensive one with the jet bath, was right under the kitchen, in the basement. There was not... More
