I stayed here for a night in Room 135 on 14.09.2016. Initially, the rate quoted for a standard room was 11000 Slr. Then they raised the rates to 12885 Slr as I was a foreigner and not a Sri Lankan. The hotel is massive. Food is Ok. I am using a Dialog sim. You don't get a 3G signal in... More

Beautiful garden, cristal swimmingpool, gentle People, big rooms and good food. A good place to end your trip and relax after traveling around Sri Lanka. The ayurvedic center is really good and professional. Don't miss it!!!

We stayed 2 nights and found the stay a very peacful one . The staff were very friendly and always helpful . Food was good and room very comfortable . The ruins at Yapahuwa were only a short walk away and were well worth the trip.

This was our first night in Sri Lanka, we landed at Colombo airport in the afternoon and reached the hotel at night (about 3.5 hours drive from the airport). We choose this hotel due to its proximity to the Yapahuwa ruins. As we are a family with 2 kids we had unfortunately to book 2 rooms. It is a pity... More

Hotel was ok for what I needed. I booked for 6 nights but actually only ended up staying 4 nights as I went on my travels and stayed with some friends. The rooms are spacious however they could do with being updated especially the mini bar as mine was not chilled enough and I felt that it had a bad... More

In the middle of no where, this large and rambling property looks decidedly out of place. It looks like having pretentions of grandeur; they remain pretentions. The sole dinning room is large, cold and poorly furnished. The menu on the other hand is limited and the food rather basic. Still, the staff were warm, the prices on the cheap side,... More

We stayed the night of 17 to 18 August. We booked a triple room with breakfast, 130 USD and paid directly to the hotel on 26/01/2015. On checking out, we returned to collect overnight stay, breakfast and dinner. When we claim, they said they would return our money and were charged dinner. Result: not refunded anything and paid double, accommodation,... More

Nice 3 star hotel in Yapahuwa well I will not call it Paradise but basic hotel with not very comfortable beds and air conditioning which is not adjustable. Breakfast no buffet but the set menu is a bit varied well average score. The hotel has nice grounds but the gardens can do with more care. Well all in all not... More

This place is infested by frogs especially the awful swimming pool and bathrooms. The hotel is not maintained properly and everything is outdated. They also did not allow us to play billiard because i was 17 and not 18. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an enjoyable stay.

We stayed there for one night. This place is very close to ancient Yapahuwa kingdom. They have comfortable and spacious rooms with AC. However we didn't have a dinner buffet since there was no many guests. Better to inquire this before your visit to avoid dissappoinments. 😊 But we had a good breakfast buffet. Swimming pool looked bit untidy. Staff... More
