What a fantastic location. I'm amazed this poorly designed old clunker of a hotel hasn't been knocked down and replaced with a block of apartments, or at least a new hotel designed so that all rooms can share the amazing views, rather than have to walk out to the front car park. But at least the rooms were cheap, cheerful,...

A very enjoyable stay in a great location, close to the city but out of the main bustle on the southern shores of the Swan River - what a view! We found our apartment to be very comfortable, lovely bed and a fabulous shower, the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend the Peninsula Apartments.

I've stayed here three times now on my travels and the service and location can not be faulted. The rooms are a little dated now but I wouldn't let this put you off. It is ideally situated for getting to the city (just a short ferry ride - and you might see dolphins!) and the surrounding parks make for great...

This is a great location for business trip, especially it you need to be mobile. Straight onto the freeway either North or South. Room was lovely and clean, and quiet. Walking distance to many restaurants, hotel and takeaway. All about 7 minutes. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. I won't be staying anywhere else.

We stopped at the apartments three times in four weeks during our tour of the west/south west. We had a two bed apartment on two occasions and then a one bedroom with a river view. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, well serviced and resourced. The view from the one bed (on the first floor) was across the car park, but...

Great location with stunning views across to Perth. Staff helped make this part of our holiday. End suites have the best views, but as a couple,we only needed 1 bed. Asked for good view as that was our reason for booking......Got it. Room 102....superb......Apartment clean, reasonably spacious with ample storage. Bed comfortable, ...Kitchen stocked well enough.....5 min walk for 3...

We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the units with the balconies facing the Swan. The view of Perth city as nightfall came was outstanding. The unit was clean and comfortable. Loved the surprise of the wine, snacks and bonus voucher for breakfast. Peaceful yet so handy to the city. We took the ferry across, only a 5min stroll along...
